It understand the users context and suggest best possible writing

Nothing as such, but looking for a suggested reading for certain topic like official documentation HR policies, Team engagement announcement etc

What do you like best about the product?
English is not my mother tongue, and I work for the US market, so it helps me every day to be more accurate in my emails, find typos, and improve my grammar skills. Also, I´m a writer, so it allows me to find synonyms and follow my company's tone criteria.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it insists heavily on changing some expressions to make sentences shorter or clearer, e.g., replacing "in order to" with "to," but I like to use other linkers too, so I think the AI could learn about the writer's style to avoid some recommendations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My lack of clarity. Sometimes, I write very long sentences that can be hard to read, and with its suggestions, I am improving my writing skills. Also, when I want to adapt a paragraph to another tone, the AI generative function is a great help because it's a quick way to reach my goal and inspire myself with new ideas.

It catches all the grammatical and spelling errors that I easily miss and it provides alternative phrasing recommendations to write writing more clear.

Sometimes misses errors, I'll move the copy from a google doc to another online platform and then it will catch new errors it missed before.

Before Grammarly I had a ton of errors in my writing that google or word doc checkers commonly miss.

What do you like best about the product?
I have always felt my written communication is good, but I find Grammarly to be very helpful in not just misspelling but in communicating effectively to co-workers and customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find a dislike, but as with all AI assistance, one should always double-check to ensure your communication is correct. I do once in a while find a word that was changed in such a way that it does not pertain to what my point was, so I do double-check, but this is to be expected and is very rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It assists me in catching mistakes (common and uncommon), and it also helps me word things more effectively; as a remote worker, it is essential to ensure my writing communicates my point correctly, and Grammarly helps me with that.

Proofreading all content - emails, documents, etc.

It's difficult to disable or change the tone - I'd love a "notes" setting that still checks spelling but omits grammar

Grammarly is solving the problem of needing another set of eyes on a document. It cuts down proofreading time. The AI feature also serves as a creative feedback generator.

Grammarly is great at offering quick suggestions to not only fix spelling, but also how to improve my writing to make it clearer. I like that Grammarly helps convey what I truly want in my messages!

Sometimes Grammarly offers inaccurate suggestions. What I dislike the most is the buggy-ness that can occasionally occur.

Grammarly is helping to solve the problem of repetitive and boring emails. This tool benefits me by helping me understand my own writing style and learn to improve it myself + take advantage of Grammarly's ever changing AI recommendations.

Suggestions are incredibly helpful. It understands context and suggests according to the tone of the text.
What do you dislike about the product?
On Mac it can behave unexpectedly. Sometimes when clicking on the suggestions, a bug can make the text copy itself. But this does not happen often.

Grammarly corrects my English usage, especially punctuation. Premium suggestions are also very useful.

I love the tips and corrections and that it can be integrated across all platforms. I also love the new AI function that's available, which I find to be super helpful. I use it all the time! It's easy to use and has definitely improved my grammar!

Sometimes, I find the corrections are a little off. But that is rare and a matter of semantics.

I always want to make sure my communications are clear and free from error, and Grammarly helps me do that!
