Helpful tool for all types of work communication
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way it integrates with all of the different tools I use during my work day. I have to communicate regularly across a variety of platforms. I have to write everything from formal business plans for executive leaders, grant proposals, daily updates on social media, informal emails, and much more. Grammarly helps me communicate well, not just grammatically, but with my tone and voice.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of any downsides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me communicate well in a variety of settings. This goes far beyond simple grammar checks.
Grammarly fine tunes my writings
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Grammarly for my texts, emails, and mass communications that I send out regularly. It helps me with punctuation, word choice, and word order, tweaking it just enough to still sound like me but polished. My daughter and husband decided to get it, too, since I had spoken so highly of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any complaints about Grammarly. It works just fine for my needs. I am looking forward to using the AI features more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been a while since I have taken an English class so Grammarly is helping me identify errors in my grammar that have long since been forgotten.

- It helps me with my vocabulary. If you're on a premium or business plan, it will give you more suggestions to improve your grammar.
- Grammarly is a big help in improving grammar and composition, especially for me, whose primary language is not English.

What do you dislike about the product?
- It complicates itself.
- Sometimes, it doesn't make up its mind. The grammar improvements contradict themselves, especially if you're on a premium or business plan.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammar and composition. My primary language is not English, and although I did take up grammar and composition in school, there are times when you complicate the sentences you make. Grammarly is there to help improve the grammar, clarity, and delivery. It also autocorrects spelling mistakes automatically, so you can focus on writing instead of going back to correct your mistakes.
10/10 Recommend it to everyone I know and probably talk about it once a day!

What's not to love! I am usually a horrible speller and grammar checker. However, I am a communications professional and write all day. I would not be employed if I did not have Grammarly!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it glitches and I have to redownload it on my desk top for it to show up again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Plagisrm checking helped a lot in college; when using many different articles, I wanted to make sure I was citing everything correctly, and Grammarly helped me do that.

Grammarly is the best tool I've used to improve my written communication with colleagues. Not only does it improve things like grammar and sentence structure, but it also includes phrasing suggestions to articulate messages in a clear and concise way.

Grammarly is a helpful tool but not all suggestions are necessary.

Grammarly helps clarify the message I am trying to convey.
Reassuring to Have For Our Small Business
What do you like best about the product?
I like the reassurance that Grammarly provides. It catches what it needs to catch while also providing useful suggestions. We use their suggestions quite often. It is very easy to install and use. We use this for interacting with customers via email, which catches mistakes for my whole team, helping us communicate more efficiently with clients. I have not needed any customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do find that Grammarly doesn't always suggest correct edits and takes away personal style of the user when they offer suggestions. As someone who is typing all day, I despise that the Grammarly G circle hovers over my cursor (signifying that it's working) so that I cannot see what I'm typing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps catch the errors of my sales team to help better communicate with clients. It also proofreads our marketing and webcontent.

Some suggestions do not match with the whole purpose or intention of the text.

Mistakes related to grammar, and orthographe. It helps mainly in some emails that I have to write fast and sometimes mistakes can be made.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used Grammarly for several years now and I have come to rely on it as my second set of proofing eyes. I especially appreciate the suggested sentence structure options.
What do you dislike about the product?
When writing in apps like Slack, I often get annoyed with the G icon that somehow overlaps and interfers with the text window.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It ensures my written content is well composed and error free.
Easy to use for writing perfection
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can turn it on and off while using it. If I am doing a draft and just need to put ideas on paper I can turn it off and keep from being distracted. But I love turning it on and it's so easy to correct a lot of mistakes very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I turn it on and off other features pop up. It's not a big deal though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I overuse punctuation, and Grammarly really helps me with this. It also helps me with finding spelling errors quickly. I also like the recommendations for rewriting entire sentences for clarity.
