Super helpful and has made me a better writer.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it can embed itself in my apps and correct my grammer as I go in my email or in a Word document.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the suggestions make navigating my apps a little difficult because the suggestion bubble is a little hard to manuver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am always cautious about my grammer, punctuation and spelling. Grammerly has helped me feel at ease when sending communciations and writing papers.
Help for small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that they're trying to update Grammarly and make it better at catching complex errors and using industry jargon.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still have an occasional suggestion that, if followed to the letter, is also flagged by Grammarly (telling me I should revert back to what I first wrote). The advantage is that I can send this to Grammarly in the hopes that they can use it to prevent such confusing feedback in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work as an editor and content creator for a small nonprofit, and I can't always find people to look over everything I write or edit. Grammarly helps provide a second set of eyes, particularly to miss those little errors you sometimes miss in the material you create--like missing words or letters.

The recommendations are not always the most helpful for rewording and can end up making a sentence not make sense.

Ensuring communication with clients are clear and accurate grammatically.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to write concise and comprehensive emails. I have found over time that my writing has improved since I look at what is being corrected to consider in the future.

The icon from Chrome can get in the way, and I cannot always move it.

Grammarly is so helpful in making me look good when I write emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Helps to alter sentences to sound very professional. Typo errors can also be corrected.

Sometimes it changes the meaning of what you want to write but grammatically correct

I like the user interface - it's very intuitive.

I don't always find what I'm looking for. Sometimes my search results return irrelevant content.

It's helping me double-check points of grammer and punctuation that I don't often think about when I'm writing. It catches errors and makes my writing more professional.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can change the focus of Grammarly to hone in on what I need help with, whether it's writing a formal letter or composing a fun and casual social media post. I also like that I can tell it to give me some space, or pause the suggestions, when I need to just brain dump on a subject.

There was a definite learning curve when I first started using Grammarly, but it was worth it to push through and become comfortable.

It's helping cut down the time I spend re-writing multiple times.
Loving Grammarly
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it helps me improve my writing style.

Recent changes have made it a bit harder to highlight text and get an automatic "improve it" with grammarly.

It's helping me clean up my writing and get me started by writing content for me.

I am new to our organization. My organization set it up our Grammarly account so it provides recommendations for our tone of voice and writing style. I can write email with much more confidence.

Sometimes recommendations change the meaning of the sentence.

Avoiding messy mistakes with Grammarly
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly catches spelling mistakes and can make suggestions about how to make a sentence sound more personal or more professional. It also learns from my writing style. it is very easy to use and I have it on my phone to help with emails i write on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no major downsides to Grammarly. I do think you have to be careful about accepting every change, sometimes the context of the sentence gets changed after 1 or 2 Grammarly suggestions.

As someone in the marketing industry, how we communicate is very important. Grammarly catches the spelling mistakes before anything goes live. We use it on everything.
