Integrated and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it updates my emails and various responses in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It occasionally will recommend incorrect verbiage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My emails are cleaner and more coherent. The length of my emails are shorter (clear and concise).

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is a part of my daily routine. I have it installed on my desktop monitoring everything I type and it helps me so much.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes has issues with Microsoft apps. The two spellchecks work against each other and mark anything with an apostrophe as incorrect, but the correction is the exact same as it was written, so that does get annoying sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It proofs everything for me. It even checks the context of the wording to make sure I'm not confusing two similar words.
Grammarly is a great learning tool, even for those who already are great at grammar.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the feedback on the tones of emails I have written, as it helps me write emails more efficiently and effectively, and helps me realize how others may interpret or receive my written emails. I love the fact that Grammarly keeps track of my progress, with punctuation, spelling, and other items I do need help with. I love the desktop application when formulating documents or policies, as it helps clarify procedures or information needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot find any reason why I do not like Grammarly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typically when I need to formulate a document in my administrative position, I receive valuable feedback from Grammarly in regards to clarification of procedures to follow or policies we implement. It's really important as many employees have to read these documents and I want it to be very clear.

I like that it has quick suggestions that make sense.

Gramarly kind of gets in the way sometimes.

It sometimes helps with the way that I write. Shows me that I can write much better.
Usefull tool
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly supports day-to-day work while sending emails and writing on Teams. It is a helpful app that makes my job more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunatelly it does not work with every environment. For example it work in Chrome, but not neceserly in Edge browser.

Flow and Clarity Improvements Overall
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly not only catches typos, but also provides suggestions for better flow. Our writing has improved dramatically. We use them in our courses and marketing emails, and customers have said that our information is easier to follow. The suggestions for tone are also great indicators for internal emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation took a few tricks, especially with our internal systems. But once it starts working, everything is smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly improves our clarity, flow, and spellcheck errors.
Very easy, intuitive program for businesses and students alike.

I like best how Grammarly is always evolving to make the user experience the best.

There are some times weird glitches when using the spelling correctly, where it duplicates the word.

Grammarly is helping me catch my mistakes and helps me organize my thoughts using the AI implementation.
Take your writing to the next level
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps me take my writing to the next level. I often find my fingers typing slower than my mind, and Grammarly will help me correct items I miss or update my verbiage to be more fluid. I also love the recaps they send me that point out my achievements and records. I love that I can use Grammarly across all platforms and websites as well. It is very user-friendly and I use it daily!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find a downside. I would say maybe that sometimes I have to turn it back on if it needs to be updated - but that happens rarely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I could benefit from a full time editor - Grammarly gives me that on everything I type daily
A tool that supports and enhances productivity in my day-to-day.
What do you like best about the product?
When I write some text in English, it provides me with clarification suggestions and I think this helps a lot when you send a message to people from another culture where you need to be more precise with the information. I love that I can use it in many tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or all Google applications, as they are the tools I work with daily, and I don't need to do anything other than install the Grammarly tool and I can use the tool immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't had any dissatisfaction with the tool. I know we need the human element and to review the suggestions, as in some cases it's not advisable to modify, but otherwise, it seems like an excellent tool to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I expressed earlier, I believe that suggestions when I write a text in English help a lot, although on some occasions the message of the suggestions carries a harsh tone, and they do not apply to be able to make this type of change.

What do you like best about the product?
The suggested edits on how to reword a sentence is the most helpful feature for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I can't move the icon to another location on the screen, but it's hardly a bother most days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often need to write copy quickly and on-the-go. Grammerly helps avoid mistakes that can be made when posting from my phone!
