It is easy to use, ease of integration ( I like the chrome extension)

sometimes it is down and does not give you alternatives when selecting the "improve" option. i wish to see different writing styles to choose the perfect one that goes with the context of my writing.

I appreciate that it can be used in a variety of contexts throughout my workday.

I don't actively dislike anything! It would be fun if there were a thesaurus component.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me craft professional-sounding writing when I'm in a time crunch. As a software test engineer, it is often difficult for me to context-switch from the more technical aspects of my job into writing. Grammarly makes the transition easy.
Grammarly has helped me form sentences. Always has good suggestions.
What do you like best about the product?
It helps rephrase sentences better. It is easy to use and is always very professional in how it writes sentences. Easy to integrate into Word, Email, etc. I use Grammarly every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it may phrase sentences in a more direct approach - when you are not looking for that type of wording.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes great suggestions and repharse sentences.
Overwhelmingly As expected
What do you like best about the product?
I think that the integration with different apps is the most valuable part. My team isn't going to move between different apps to check their work, so having it work with our email and document writing software is critical. I also enjoy how easy it is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, it's pretty perfect. I wish you could change up the color scheme.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
grammarly is useful for helping our employees produce writing that is professional in quality. This was a consistant pain point for our organization.

It helps improve my writing. I am not a native speaker and I make mistakes I don't know that are mistakes

That it corrects itself :) Often it does several iterations even on a short note.

Grammarly is an extremely useful tool for written communication in the workplace
What do you like best about the product?
The spell check is obviously very useful, but the AI prompts they have added is where Grammarly really shines. I work in support/service for my company so I want to choose my responses wisely, this tool helps me word my responses in a way that is concise, professional and friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes they rework a sentence and it loses the meaning you intended, but you can always ask it to "rework" the sentence and it will provide another suggestion.

Misspellings, proper sentence structure and simplifying complex concepts

What do you like best about the product?
I have two favorite things about Grammarly. First off, I love how it checks the tone of my verbiage. It has definitely helped me soften things when I need to, or be more firm when necessary. Secondly, I love the weekly report I get in my inbox -- especially the "Unique Word" category. I'm a sucker for being unique. 😂
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike. I suppose sometimes the UI can be a little intrusive over forms online in very rare instances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me to write better emails mostly. Clients take you more seriously if you sound professional.
Incredible tool for anyone who cares about writing
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly provides tips as I type. No extra steps. That part is important to me. Also important are all of the suggestions Grammarly makes to improve my style. I have a conversational tone, which sometimes is too casual. Grammarly's suggestions help me with consistency as well as accuracy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure I dislike anything about it yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I spend a lot of time writing. Writing emails, proposals, reports. Grammarly is making those parts of my job quicker and higher quality.
Making Writing Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is my writing superhero! It helps me everywhere and everyday, from emails to social media posts. It's like having a personal editor with me all the time, making sure my writing is clear and professional. It works seamlessly on different websites, so I never have to worry about making mistakes. The browser extension is a lifesaver, catching errors as I type, so I can fix them right away. It is also so easy to work with!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it suggests changes that don't quite fit, or it misses a mistake here and there. It's also not lightning-fast; there might be a slight delay in getting feedback. But these are just small hiccups compared to how much Grammarly helps me write better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It fixes my grammar and spelling mistakes, making sure my writing looks good. It also helps me make my writing easier to understand by suggesting better words and sentences. With Grammarly, my writing stays consistent and professional across different platforms. Plus, it teaches me how to write better over time.
