Ease of use + Helpful Tips = A+
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is such a flexible tool that has integrated SO easily into my workflow, no matter the app or platform I'm working in. It's easy to accept and reject suggestions, and choose from a variety of tones to improve the consistency in my writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I wish Grammarly was a bit more trainable. For example, our brand standards are AP style and do not use the Oxford comma. No matter how often I've rejected the suggestions—or tried to tweak things in my settings—the suggestion always pops up to add an additional comma where it is not necessary. But, overall that's an easy thing to overlook and move on from, and certainly not a dealbreaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a copy editor for a blog, I primarily use it as my second brain for proofreading/tone consistency. The plagiarism checker is also outstanding and so easy to use!
Helpful grammar and tone suggestions
What do you like best about the product?
The grammatical and spelling suggestions are spot-on, and easy to use/dismiss if needed. I use Grammarly all day every day in my line of work and it's great for catching the types of slip-ups you make when you're busy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the suggestion pop-up "G" icon gets in the way of elements on screen, but this is pretty minor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping internal/external materials professional and accurate, keeping correspondance professional.
Grammarly saves me ALL THE TIME
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Grammarly is and how it works on most applications. I can write copy for a blog, marketing email, or our website, knowing Grammarly has my back!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I want to be a bit informal, or my tone may be a little harsh, and Grammarly will ask if I want to be "more personable," when the truth is, I can't be friendly and people-pleasing all the time when I am trying to communicate a serious topic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proofreading, tone checking, I tend to write how I talk and Grammarly helps me refine my writing

It provides tone suggestions based on your writing and the option to customise it based on your nature of work
What do you dislike about the product?
Not working that consistently on online documents (MS Word, PPT ) that are accessed through one drive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tone suggestions, spelling corrections and grammar suggestions are making my life a lot easier. Apart from that, AI suggestions are improving the clarity of my messages.
Helpful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps when writing emails and copywriting for our marketing efforts. It asissts when needing to quickly check and edit, while also providing options to fit brand voice and content goals. Very easy to use and "always-on" reliable tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes lags or doesn't appear when needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with proofreading and editing when sending out mass emails, quickly sending over content and providing alternative options for consideration in the writing process.
Grammarly is the best
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Grammarly not only corrects any mistakes but also gives me tone and clarity suggestions. It also gives recommendations particular to my organization's style guide.
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost nothing. It can slow down long documents but can be easily turned off temporarily or permanently in certain applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly unites our tone and writing style as a business, which is so important when creating content for external use. Personally, I find the email suggestions on directness and personable phrasing very helpful too.

You have to review what you accepted carefully from Grammarly to ensure it retains the same meaning.

That materials sent to Board members are not misspelled and make grammatical sense

It helps me with spelling and rewriting sentences, which helps tremendously.

It changes sentences to something that may not make sense.

I love all of the suggested edits; they really do help me draft concise, clear, and genuine copy. I'm also horrible with when to use commas and semicolons etc, so Grammarly helps me there as well.

I don't have anything negative to say about Grammarly.

Grammarly assists in cleaning up my grammar and, specifically, my punctuation.

Summarizing. It helps me be efficient and site shorter.

The acronym highlighter. It is annoying to have it on all documents.

It helps me know how my texts sound, so I don't send harsh or super friendly emails in a formal interaction.
