What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps my writing immensely and picks up on those often forgotten about commas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly sometimes doesn't help when writing something with a lot of slang when tailoring a brand's tone of voice that requires it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me pick up comma issues
Definetly a must have and use everyday

Still pretty great. I use it with my team on anything sales and marketing related. Using it for anti-spam filters works great

Has to catch up to Claude. There are still some copywriting improvements to be made to not sound AI fake

Having a well-crafted text is crucial for my email and outreach messages, so proofreading is an essential that has benefited me.

I pride myself in being a competent writer but I appreciate the suggestions and errors grammarly is able to catch for me.

At times the program pop up can be a bit overwhelming on my screen.

Using Grammarly for the past 5 years as a municipal secretary has helped me tremendously.

I think the part about Grammarly I like most is that it helps me think about what I want to say and conveys my message more professionally.
What do you dislike about the product?
As much as I like Grammarly, the only thing I would have to say I dislike is when I begin a sentence with "This," and it tells me there is an unclear anecdote. It is not unclear to me.

It's super accurate when catching punctuation errors and you can integrate it with many tools and sites. Plus, the user interface is seamless to use.

No issues thus far! The tool has been great!

Punctuation errors and helping to improve writing.
Great service for individuals, even better personalized for teams
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Grammarly is able to help me identify and rewrite clunky sentences, catches grammar mistakes used in more formal language that I (and many others) are not good at, and works well even at the free level. The version for teams is even better, as it lets us put in notes about our organization's tone of voice, notes from our internal style guide, and preferred way to format phrases like times and dates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, the Grammarly plug-in for Microsoft Word is really glitchy (I've reinstalled it 2 or 3 times over the last few years). It takes a huge memory toll on my computer memory, too. It also doesn't identify nuances in language when applying a customized style guide. For example, we write "February 2024" but would write "Feb. 5, 2024." We said we prefer dates written "Feb. 5, 2024," and now it tries to correct ALL months to that. We can make notes for our team members in the message that pops up for them, but we can't make them read it... Also, we can't tell Grammarly NOT to flag certain things. For example, I can't make it stop telling my team to change "trainings" to "pieces of training." On the bright side, that's an excellent example for our team as to why they need to consider each suggested change and not blindly accept changes. Overall, I would not let these stop someone from using Grammarly. It's still a great help!

Grammarly helps us catch mistakes that our human, semi-volunteer proofing team was missing. And, it helps team members remember our house style.
