Streamlines Review Process
What do you like best about the product?
I love the features of Grammarly Premium that detect tone, passive voice, and vocabulary suggestions for my dynamic writing. It greatly helps with reviewing content to align with brand guidelines and remain engaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sadly, the free version of Grammarly is so base level that, for an established content developer, it's not very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps to streamline the review process of brand content. We have uploaded our common keywords and grammar rules that we adhere to, to ensure that everything aligns with the content that we create and publish.

I like how efficent the tool is and how I can integrate it with my browser.

It proofreads my texts and makes sure it is gramatically correct, more than tools that come with word, and powerpoint.
I also find when I'm writing emails it will make suggestions to have a more professional tone which I appreciate.

I like the grammar suggestions and spelling corrections.

Sometimes Grammarly glitches and incorrectly suggests corrections like an apostrophe in the middle of a word that does not need it.

I use Grammarly daily and I like the ease and accuracy when drafting communications. When you don't have a team who can help look over your communication, Grammarly helps!

Sometimes it does error out and does not give me accurate updates.

I am the only person who writes for many different groups, and Grammarly helps give a second eye on these communications.

What do you like best about the product?
I lead a team of writers from across the globe, and Grammarly helps all of them publish content in a consistently correct manner, grammatically, and as a team with a unified tone and style. As a manager, I also get stats on each writer that help me target training activities for their improvement. It was easy to setup and install and is available on every platform we use. I consider Grammarly an essential tool for any team of writers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasions when Grammarly will flip-flop between two recommendations. You write something and a recommendation to change it is given. You accept the change and are immediately presented with a suggestion to change it back to the way it was initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps my team of global writers, most of whom English is a second language, write with a consistent style and voice. It helps me ensure that grammar and spelling are correct in everything we publish, even though we manually QC our work. Even the most experienced writers benefit from using Grammarly.

No complaints. It does exactly what I need it to do

It doesnt solve any problems for me. It prevents them from happening in the first place

Maybe the little widget in the text box. Sometimes it covers the letter so I can't see what's behind.

Great Product, Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has loads of features. Grammar and spelling checks, style suggestions, tone detection, plagiarism detection, platform integration, and personalized insights makes it a highly useful. I especially like that I can change the level of suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I would say negative about Grammarly is that it sometimes doesn't understand some slang terms. It does seem to learn them fairly quickly though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammar and Spelling. I project a lot of slides at my church and it somes in handy to check things out that I will miss.

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to quickly copy and paste any copy I am going to send to a customer, a long message to an executive, or an email we are making part of a sequence.
Grammarly will quickly help me re-structure and correct any mistakes I made. Sometimes, you are too close to the writing to see the mistakes.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple of suggestions that let you know you are writing in passive when the whole paragraph/content is passive and it does not pick up on that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to get my thoughts and ideas down easily, and not care about erros. I know that I can run it through Grammarly after and it will catch everything. This allows my ideas to flow without stopping.
