What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is very helpful with spelling and tone. We use Grammarly throughout all of our companies operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the plug in will discconect and it is fairly annoying to copy and paste copy into the website when the plug-in is not working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is fixing my spelling and my tone.

I love the real time suggestions for grammar corrections.

I wish I could turn off certain suggestions when they are not appropriate in my context.

What do you like best about the product?
It's just so helpful in ensuring my copy is clear and concise. It is also really good for making sure that emails are properly phrased to avoid ambiguity - and it's tone checker is super useful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really! Not much to say here. Just filling space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting clean copy as quickly as possible. My team is on it as well and the less time I spending proofreading their work (a process that Grammarly has made much quicker anyway) the more time I can spend thinking about the messaging/audience/form of the piece.
Best App for grammar and writing in English even better than ChatGPT
What do you like best about the product?
Its plugins and used on different platforms. And it is easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it works perfectly. Maybe it should start to function in other languages.

Better communicate the ideas and use assertive language.

Sometimes, the floating menu doesn't show up where I work, and it's frustrating.

English is not my first language. I need a way to correct what I write. I write many emails per day. Grammarly corrects and improves my writing.
Best Option for Nonprofits
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly's business account for nonprofits is the best. As a small nonprofit, it allows us to share Grammarly with our whole team (less than 15 people) at no cost. The Admin dashboard is easy to use and the customization of the style guide is a great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is great. It would be nice if we could automatically deploy Grammarly. It's sometimes hard to get staff to use it.

Personally, Grammarly is helping to improve my tone in written communications. Overall, the proof-reading is great.

Making my work simple, efficient and quick. Taken off all my worry of writing professional mail

Nothing specific i dislike, just that if it can start using AI in practice would lead to more better results
