Catches things that I wouldn't think of
What do you like best about the product?
Grammary is an unobtrusive app that assesses your writing in a bunch of helpful ways. Of course, spellcheck has become common everywhere, but the stylistic recommendations it makes are a great help in avoiding things like passive voice, unnecessary words, and unclear sentences (especially when writing a complex sentence with, say, an interrupting phrase).
What do you dislike about the product?
The floating icon for the app sometimes gets in the way and I wish I could get the same functionality but without the floating icon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly has helped us as an organization to standardize our proofing. It's also helped to ensure we're eliminating long-windedness, which is something we've struggled with.
Has improved my correspondence in terms of grammar and punctuation!

It's amazing the program especially when I receive a lot of emails and I want to reply professionally it's generating amazing replies to my client

It supports only one language English I think maybe in the future should support more languages it will be very nice also if you can implement more in Windows to be everywhere not only in the word or Excel to be every text field in Windows.

Help me a lot to improve my my English language also helped me to send emails in a professional way also generate an AI replies for my clients and my suppliers
The best writing tool!
What do you like best about the product?
It offers a lot of great suggestions and feels like a peer review. It gives me the confidence to share my writing knowing that Grammarly has checked it over. I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the suggestions aren't correct, but everything is imperfect. It's important to actually double check the suggestions and not just accept them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not perfect and neither is my writing, but Grammarly gives me the piece of mind I need. I use it to check my professional work before passing to my boss, as well as for emails and personal writing.

Gives me alternate words and phrases to use and corrects grammar to uplift the quality of communication.

The coloring that gets used to highlight suggestions.

Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use an a plug in. It's easily integrated into our microsoft accounts and helps us craft emails and proposals easily with the tone that we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their AI feature needs some work as it sometimes changes the sentence too much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a non profit we write a lot of appeal letters and also work on grants. Grammarly helps us with setting the tone of these letters and appeals so that we can convey exactly what we want to say and get the most from our letters in terms of donations etc.

I love the recommended verbiage, which removes jargon and makes sentences concise.

Not much to dislike. It's just sometimes when you accept a suggested edit, it gives another one. It should just provide the best recommendation to accept.
