Very helpful, user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Integration into systems I am already using, especially Google Workspace. Love that it is available in the browser.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pop-ups can be hard to ignore sometimes, but other times I completely miss them. I also don't always know that I'm signed out of Grammarly if the alert is on another window that I don't have open.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is making it easier for me to ensure that my writing is clear and concise. I also like that I can test the tone of my emails, as an upper manager who doesn't always have the chance to provide multiple impressions, this ensures I get it right the first time.
Makes my writing more profesional, accurate and clear.
What do you like best about the product?
I can use it anytime. It's the best assistant ever.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, some APIs or websites such us Zendesk or Bob show the suggestions but I cannot apply the changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making my reports and emails more accurate, clear, and professional.

I love how intuitive the system is. It makes my writing sharper, sound more confident, and it gives me alternate phrasing options.

I wish there was a way for it to give me ideas on how to shorten my writing.

Incredibly helpful editing & writing assistant
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly plays a critical role in our content creation and review processes. The platform has helped us scale efficiently, reviewing a large volume of copy (millions of words per quarter) while ensuring a consistent application of our brand style & voice across more than a dozen content creators. I particularly appreciate that Grammarly continues to roll out new features, which has made it an easy investment to defend, even as budgets have been reduced in other areas.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the Grammarly plugin can suggest inaccurate edits or misunderstand context. It is best used as a writing assistant and still requires human oversight, particularly when incorporating suggested edits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps us generate a large volume of content while maintaining a high-level of quality and consistency.

What do you like best about the product?
As someone with ADHD, I often write words based on how I hear them, and it's more than often wrong! I love that it can fix my typos, and I don't have to worry about adding apostrophes or capitalization because it will fix it for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want the plagiarism to be an add-on where you could pay extra to access this.

It helps me express myself without having to be precise and clean the first time around

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a technical writer and a product marketer, and Grammarly has saved me from many typos and awkward sentences. I always recommend it to my colleagues!

Sometimes the little icons get in the way when I type. And sometimes it loses its place on the page so there are random corrections but when I hover, nothing happens.

What do you like best about the product?
You never stop learning while using Grammarly, as it corrects you in any situation, no matter the context; it always finds the proper way to write things down.
We have enabled SSO integration, and that process was straightforward to complete, which talks well about its, development, engineering, and support team.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have only found Grammarly to be a great tool, that I can't think of anything about it that dislikes me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
English is not my first language, therefore, sometimes I have encountered situations where I can't express myself in a proper way. Ever since I started using Grammarly, I can see my English has improved a lot in writing and how I speak now.

It's super helpful for me to save time at work and I love how there are different ways to sense the tone of a text or conversation. I'm totally loving it!

It would be great to add more languages.

Don't leave home without it
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is integrated into all of my writing. I use it on my phone and my laptop. I use it for personal and professional writing. I wouldn't think of sending an important email without sending it through the Grammarly checks. Having Grammarly report back suggestions to tighten up my writing is quite helpful. Sometimes, I can get pretty wordy, but the tool helps me to clean things up and sound my best.
Customer support was very helpful when I set up a business account for our non-profit organization. They quickly set us up, and the implementation was super easy. We have multiple staff using the tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only challenge we had initially was the price point. Working in a non-profit pre-covid, it was pricey, but now, with their new pricing structures, the tools are affordable and worth every investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My writing has improved 10x since using Grammarly. I run all of our major communications through Grammarly before hitting send.
Grammarly catches the mistakes I don't see!
What do you like best about the product?
I am often in a hurry to send an email, and Grammarly makes it quick to run through the mistakes it catches and fix them. I know several of my colleagues find it helpful as well. Our staff uses Grammarly daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, Grammarly changes the wording to something that does not sound like I usually write or speak, so I adjust accordingly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a team, our staff utilizes Grammarly on all emails we send. It helps to know it is catching mistakes daily, as we all have a lot on our plate and are often in a hurry to send emails.
