A fantastic tool to help with tone in emails for an Autistic Employee in Tech
What do you like best about the product?
I have always struggled with emails and communicating with people in a concise way. I am either too harsh or to the point, or I am over-explaining and writing a story. Grammarly's tone and rewrite tool has been a life saver. I don't need to spend hours going over an email anymore because I am told what the tone is and how I can change it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly my only complaint is with the Mac app. The way the icon shows up in text windows or needs to be snapped to a specific place drives me up the wall. Either it will be in the way of something important, and I need to move it to send a message, or attach a picture, or when I try to find a spot that would work, then it won't let me place it there
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me primarily it solves misunderstandings when I speak to people, and my life is so much less stressful now that I don't need to worry if I came off the right way
Indespensible Writing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The most impressive part about Grammarly is the Grammarly Go function, which uses AI to improve communication by sounding more on brand, formal, friendly, etc. It lets you choose what style you want your communication to be in and make revisions. In fact, it made three revisions just in the dictation of this review.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only annoying feature is that it will often suggest a friendlier tone and immediately suggest correcting back to a more formal tone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to provide business communication effectively and professionally without grammatical, spelling, or contextual errors.
I don't know many people that couldn't benefit from using Grammarly!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly gives me that extra boost of confidence when I'm writing, which is pretty much all day long. I started using it in school and now use it in my job creating social media content. The best thing is after using Grammarly for a couple of years now, my grammar skills have greatly improved. It's an educational tool. I love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I am having a hard time trying to straighten out my account and get nonprofit status. It's to the point where I think I'm just going to let the subscription run out and create an entirely new account so I can start from scratch. I've just been going in circles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have ALWAYS send in my work "I'm not a writer, don't make me write stuff" and now my confidence has grown so much that I'm the one that 'fluffs' co-worker's writing.
As a content creator, it is the best!
What do you like best about the product?
The suggestions are usually on point. I like that I can find synonyms by hovering over a word. It helps tidy up my content, makes text easier for readers, and keeps me on track! It easily interegrates on social media platforms and helps me with my social media posts. It also works on my newsletter platform. I use it everyday. The app is super easy to use. I wish it supported other languages, as I also write Arabic content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently, when i click to add a Grammarly suggestions, it is mixing up text. There is some sort of bug. When I delete a suggestion, it might come back again when I re-open the document - this can be annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me ensure that my content is engaging and easy to read and understand. It is benefitting me by creating efficiencies.

I like the grammar checks and suggestions, spelling, and sentence structure suggestions
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it is annoying when it wants to correct something that we use. It doesn't remember unusual uses - ie. we have staff that do trainings and it wants to be a training

Even in a childcare setting we need to sound professional.

This is user friendly, suggestions are more accurate to add my writing more professional. I am frequent use person. I used the most of the features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I face some dificulties sometimes to grammertical suggesstions. Also AI is not worked in that creative way to write well.

I am working with my team. Everytime i write a documents for my students, then grammarly helps me to make this good.

I am not the best writer, but I do a lot of it for my job. This helps make sure that I am sounding professional.
Formality and Structure at my Fingertips
What do you like best about the product?
The way Grammarly works on every website and document I use makes it seem very seamless. Sometimes, when doing things on a whim, it is very easy to forget sentence structure and needed sentence breaks. Grammarly helps with that and alleviates the worry of missed commas and such.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a bilingual speaker and writer, Grammarly can sometimes be a bit overbearing and not realize that a different language is being used. Other than that minute detail I cannot think of anything that has dissatisfied me and my use of Grammarly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly allows me to maintain professionalism in every single interaction I have with peers through email. Sometimes it even allows for me to become aware of the tone I use in emails which is a really important factor for me.
A great experience for content writers
What do you like best about the product?
You can be confident when you write without worrying about your spelling or slowing you down.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has been a great tool but sometimes I wish it could be used with spreadsheets.

It is rephrasing sentences and checking spelling to ensure the content that I am putting out is professional and sounds good.
