Very convenient tool
What do you like best about the product?
The graphic suggestions and the whole sentence improvements
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it would be nice no be able to deactivate it depending on the situation, for example when taking notes as it can be annoying
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not mother tongue and it helps improving my writing
Grammarly Helps My Work So Much
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is the "Improve it" button. I son't always agree, but many times it arranges things or uses words I hadn't thought of and truly improves the sentence or paragraph. You can easily change your tone as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does log me out quite often. The biggest annoyance, though is how the Grammarly icon moves and it is ALWAYS in the way of the submit button for comments in documents. You have to kind of trick it to move it out of the way so you can send your comment. That really needs fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's catching errors and improving my writing.

Write succinctly, making the sentences sound active, not passive.
Grammarly assists, without " micro managing" me.

Grammarly is always on the look out for ways to improve my work, and also letting me know if there is a mistake that I need to correct.

It is always "on", even evaluating things like notes to myself where I am not that concerned about form.
