Makes my work daily life so much better! It's so easy and helpful!
What do you like best about the product?
The easier it is to correct any mistake or intention of saying things, the faster the response is by adjusting intentions or punctuation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it's not aligned with my work language and intends to say something totally different, but that's really rare, but sometimes it has happened.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I communicate with tenants and homeowners, and I need to sound professional but approachable to the tenants and professional and precise with the homeowners. Grammarly does this for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Works in all applications in windows. Best for Teams and Outlook. Helps create more confident sounding sentence structures.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't always work in all web browsers correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spell checking when speaking to co-workers via Teams and email.
Efficient and helpful
What do you like best about the product?
It helps a lot with basic content editing, rewriting for clarity, and simplifying the language while retaining the meaning.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little too sensitive in the words it suggests. Also, in some cases ir wants you to replace commonly overused words but the words it suggests make no sense in that context.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving on editing costs helps us keep our project costs low.
Grammarly has been effective for us
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps my colleagues write more coherently and effectively. It saves time for them, and also builds their confidence in their communications. Our people use it all the time--many of them daily. Some use the website, and some use the integrated desktop tool; it's great that we have the options.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing. It's been a very easy-to-use, beneficial tool for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our people often struggle to write fully professional, effective emails. Grammarly helps them not only do so, but in an efficient way.

It doesn;t just correct grammar and spelling but style

The button is sometimes in the way or it pops up on sites I don't want it to. But it's very easy to turn off.

I don't like some of the features. Thankfully, they can be turned off.

I do an extensive amount of writing. Grammarly assists with cleaning up my writing.

I like everything; maybe sometimes it gets stuck and does not open.

Gamechanger for SEO work
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is consistently able to give me quick and useful suggestions for writing complex SEO audit documents. I love the tool for writing emails or even other documents during day-to-day work tasks. It's a valuable tool for all writing and I encourage my team members to use it. The days of just relying on Word spell check are over.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally I won't agree with some suggestions based on the tone or intent of what I'm writing. Very rarely, Grammarly will paste in recommendations in the middle of existing words, but I usually undo and it will work just fine. I'm confident Grammarly will continue to evolve and address any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me evolve the quality of my writing, refine sentence structure, along with helping me catch grammar tweaks I need to make. It's a day-to-day tool that helps me accomplish what I need to do.
i use it daily as my job requires me to write large number of job briefs.

i really like the fact that Grammarly reviews tone od voice and it helps me write confidently.

the ui of the app could improve. It is hard to change the settings.

Easy to use app that improves writing
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, it improves my writing style with easy-to-understand feedback. Solid integration into google drive and gmail.

It's always updating so I have to refresh the page I'm working on sometimes.

It is giving insights and feedback on how my writing is. It helps improve my writing confidence.
