Wish I had this in college- it's a life saver!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it corrects spelling, punctuation, and overall sentence structure. I find it extremely helpful when sending professional emails or writing detailed reports for our board members. I also appreciate the weekly insights that let me know how I am doing compared to other Grammarly users. As the title says, I truly wish I had this in college. I only heard about it through my current employer. I want to use this daily and not just at work- I need it on my cell phone! It has taught me a lot. I use it constantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I notice that after i correct a sentence, it will still show up as an error and revert back to what I had previously wrote if that makes sense. So I correct something- and then it immediately gives me another correction to something I just corrected, creating a never ending loop. It must be some software error. In this cases, I just select 'ignore'. Addtionally, when i correct a sentence, sometimes it accidentally adds it to the end of my paragraphs vs where the sentence actually is in the body. I was reminded of this as it happened while i was typying this feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me sound more professional in my emails. It also ensures that there are no errors in my writing so I have to worry less about proofreading.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me write better. Not only does it do this by literally rewriting things entirely for me, but it also helps me practice and learn new words and ways of saying things.
This is coming from a non-native speaker, so mileage may vary, but for me, it's become an everyday must-use tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Windows app can be a hit or miss. It seems kinda buggy with formatting with the new Outlook, for example.
However, it's not a deal breaker, and it's something that will surely continue improving as it has already been.

It helps me write better emails when communicating with English-speaking customers, and it also helps us with our blog and newsletter.

Not having to think about grammar while creating emails and documents.

Doesn't always work correctly. Sometimes slows down the computer. Doesn't seem to learn AI very well.

Grammarly has so many great features to help make sure my writing is accurate and sounds great. It's super easy to use because the widget is available on pretty much no matter what platform I'm on. I use it very regularly and have run into minimal issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when Grammarly doesn't offer up the correct suggestion based on the context of the text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a solution for our team to help everyone stay on brand and keep consistent messaging. We do a lot of content writing so it is very helpful to make sure everything is grammatically correct. It also helps to run plagiarism checks to ensure our content is 100% authentic.
Grammarly: An efficient and wonderful tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Grammarly makes my work more efficient. I do a lot of copyediting for the company, and it decreases the amount of time I spend on each deliverable. That helps us a lot when we are a company that bills clients by the hour.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not always 100% accurate as it doesn't pick up on subtle nuances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, Grammarly increases my efficiency in completing tasks, which allows me to focus on tasks with a "heavier lift." I also love using Grammarly to help rephrase, paraphrase, and reduce.

Sometimes it shifts between ideas and is repetitive. I will click on the suggestion, but then another pops up and another. It can consume time that I don't have.

Great suggestions to reword for clarity, along with suggestions for descriptive words, catches gramatical errors, and all this leads to a more professional communication.

I love being in almost any app or browser, and Grammarly is there by my side.

One time 2 months ago, Grammarly was crashing my Mac with no explanation, but it later corrected itself. That's all.
