What do you like best about the product?
AI to create initial story provides a starting point for my message.
What do you dislike about the product?
Correction suggestions often presented serially. After one change, I receive a message to alter the just corrected text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
increases the speed of producing a narraitive.
Grammarly has been a great tool
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps catch any grammar mistakes I have and also suggests other ways to sound more professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I will accept the suggestion and it will still continue to try to correct it and ends up making it sound confusing and off the main subject I was implying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It just catches little grammar mistakes such as spelling or using the wrong word. It helps greatly because I send a lot of emails to vendors and I want to always be professional when it comes to my responses.
Efficient, helps me do my job better
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use and the fact that it catches not only typos, but mistakes in the order of words or conjugation. I work in customer service and english is my second language, so it's important to me to catch those.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times of updates there are small bugs (not easy to move the icon around my screen or losing hyperlinks in the reviewed text) that can be annoying.

It makes my responses sound better and closer to a native speaker.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly can help me rewrite things in a way that makes them simpler, more straightforward, and clearer. I can be very wordy, and Grammarly helps me eliminate unnecessary words and overly complex sentences, which helps me get my point across more easily. It's also great for spelling and grammar checking in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly doesn't seem well-equipped to edit legal documents. In legal speak, sometimes articles are left out, and things are capitalized or worded a certain way to be expressly complete and for emphasis. This is in contradiction with ordinary grammar rules and it would be nice if Grammarly had a "legal" mode that would adjust to the different rules for legal grammar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly saves me time by making real-time suggestions to improve my writing. I no longer have to type and retype a sentence several times to get the wording right. Grammarly makes helpful suggestions to improve the clarity and flow of my writing that I can insert with just one click.

Grammarly helps me catch my grammar and spelling mistakes! It also suggests synonyms for me when I have many repeated phrases and rewrite sentences for clarity.

It sometimes can overcorrect sentences in papers.

It helps me ensure that every email I send, newsletter I write, or social media graphic I make is typo-free!

The "reply quickly" feature is not super accurate I have found.

I like how it corrects and also gives you ideas of what else you can write down once you have created a sentence

It is insistent when you write something down and choose to keep it that way

It helps me know when a word is spelled incorrectly, when to my eye itmight be right, and also is great with adding commas and other things needed
