Grammarly Helps
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to roll out and it helps when writing emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional false positives and making sure you're always logged into your account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It assists our users with their grammar when writing emails.
It helps me to be more efficient and proficient with my emails that I send out on a daily basis.
What do you like best about the product?
It gives me other ways to word my sentences. The ease of using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the suggestions it gives are not what I need. So I dismiss the suggestion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving me better suggestions to use when formatting my sentences. It benefits to help my emails sound more professional.
Very helpful tool for copywriting, communications and pretty much everything else!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly seamlessly integrates with my email client, workplace tools, and pretty much every other app that I use on a daily basis. It's always there when I need it and has become a core part of my day to day work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the widget can be intrusive but this is pretty rare and easy to work around
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time proofreading and ensuring that grammar, punctuation etc. are perfect before sending an email or publishing a blog post
Grammerly is an appreciated assistant when writing correspondence
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly integrates with my email provider to help craft correspondence with external and internal customers. The plugin is especially helpful with web-based applications and email providers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike much about Grammarly. It can sometimes make me think I'm using a phrase or word inaccurately, only to find that it's fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As someone who is autistic, writing for business can be a challenge, especially with tone. Setting Grammarly to add warmth and friendliness to my correspondence has helped immensely.
Grammerly saves me so much time!
What do you like best about the product?
I am really bad with commas and it always tells me when they are needed or should be removed. It also helps me write better emails and makes me feel confident in promotional materials I create.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gives me different sugesstions compared to my coworkers. It doesnt work on every website for example it isn't showing up as a write mt review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me create my emails and making my writing more clear and easy to understand.
Great for helping me check writing, but not as versatile as ChatGPT
What do you like best about the product?
ChatGPT has kept track and helped me improve my overall writing since I started using it less than a year ago. I love that it tells me how many words I have written to date, and that it will do autocorrect.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would really appreciate if it had the same abilities as ChatGPT to help me craft better emails. I would say that Grammarly is good at grammar. ChatGPT is good at content. One feature I love from ChatGPT is that they are able to rate emails I am drafting and tell me how to improve it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps make sure that my writing is grammatically correct and helps the rest of the team avoid embarrassing grammatical errors.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate not only the corrections for obvious mistakes but also the suggestions for tightening up or clarifying my writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to learn about how to turn it off in unique situations where it is not helpful to my progress and seems to limit my flow.

Grammarly is making my writing more professional so that my superiors can spend more time looking at my work on a higher level.

the auto-correct feature is quite helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
when it suggests a correction. You correct it and then it suggests another correction back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
spell and grammar check. It allows me to type worry-free free and I can then review and clean up.
Professionalism a click away
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Grammarly is it shows me different recommendations for how to re-construct my sentences, making them more direct and less passive. It's easy to use and you can choose not to use the recommendation. Most of the time I use the recommendation and it has created easier communcation with my team. I use it frequently and it's easy to implement in my emails, documents, etc...
What do you dislike about the product?
It underlines things so if that bothers you when you ignore the recommendation then you need to get over it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that Grammarly is solivng for me is being more direct, using less words. I am a natural passive writer and it is helping me with communicating more effectively to my various teams and stakeholders.

Easy to use. Great integration with Gmail. I love that I can read the suggestions and decide whether or not I want to apply them.

Sometimes the little icon gets in the way
