From Scattered to Clear & Confident
What do you like best about the product?
I often find my thoughts scattered. I use Grammarly daily; it has given me suggestions on rewording phrases in emails and other forms of communication so I can communicate my thoughts clearly and confidently.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, Grammarly makes suggestions on changes to wording that I chose for a specific reason. However, it is easy to "ignore" these suggestions and continue with the wording I previously selected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate the suggestions on how to re-word my writing to increase clarity.
It is a convenient and valuable tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is incorporated into Word and Outlook. I use it daily. I wish it were in Powerpoint and this survey also. Sometimes my thoughts go faster than my fingers, and I make typos. It often helps me write what I want in a shorter or clearer fashion.
I can't say I've taken advantage of all the features. I need to spend a little time looking into them one of these days to make it even more useful.

I sometimes don't like the suggestions and delete them. I move forward and see the same suggestion has reappeared. Weird.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It offers valuable rewrite suggestions and usually finds typos.

What do you dislike about the product?
The integration is not always fast. Sometimes, the tool is not displayed, or it takes time.

Spelling and grammer.
Grammarly has taken my business to a more professional level.
What do you like best about the product?
Suggestions for improved sentence structure. Ease of use is the best part of Grammarly, and has created better writing habits in my daily work. I am cognitive of my writing style and content, more than I had been in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
When Grammarly belives when I use the word "well" I am referring to my current status rathan than a water well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Correcting errors I have been making since my youth, and teaching me better writing habits.
Grammarly is an everyday indispensable tool.

I like that Grammarly is everywhere I need it to be. When I write emails, create content and even post on social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love everything about it, and even sometimes use the Online Grammar Checker.

English is my second language, so I use it to help me write more clearly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that our admin can format specific aspects of grammar, like whether to use a serial comma, and it flows down to all uses on the account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it tries to butt in where it doesn't belong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is helping me to be less verbose and friendly in my "voice." It also actively checks my spelling, which is a huge help as I am a terrible typist.
Grammarly - A1 AI!
What do you like best about the product?
I love Grammarly! The seamless connection to all of my platforms, and the interface itself is pretty. I love getting tips on my grammar and tone as well. Grammarly's AI function is also ahead of its time and I use the prompts to rephrase my words as well. All in all a stellar app that assists me greatly. Reminds me of Clippy from Microsoft back in the day =)
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the anchor points for the Grammarly bubble get in the way, and sometimes, the corrections are wrong or outside common vernacular. Also, Grammarly will suggest corrections on other people's parts of emails.

Grammarly helps with spelling, grammar, and rewording things to sound more concise or friendlier.

What do you like best about the product?
My job is to deliver emails and make notes promptly, and with Grammarly, I can use it for grammar mistakes, as well as correct sentence formatting on the go!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing bad I can add is sometimes I click on a word, and it doesn't do anything, but that could be an internal issue because it only does it on 1 of my platforms.

Grammarly helps build and summarize my notes.

It's incredibly easy to use, and it helps tremendously for those of us who are not great at grammar or spelling, for that matter.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing for me. Maybe that sometimes, I have to log in again after resetting my web preferences. Other than that, nothing. I seriously love it!!

Sentence coherence, tone, grammar, spelling.
Use it everyday
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it offers corrections or suggestions on wording a specific paragraph. I also like the fact that you can easily click the changes. I use it all the time when writing to outside companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the downsides is that it offers suggestions that make you sound robotic. But like I said before they are just suggestions. You don't have to use them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving my communication with others. It helps me be more clear and professional. That benefits me at my job.
