the display of underlining mistakes. Easy to use

Grammarly is a better spell-checker!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it catches tiny mistakes and that it offers suggestions based on the tone of voice that you are trying to get across

The little pop-up is constantly in the way.

Grammarly helps me to avoid speling issues in my correspondences with customers as well as helps suggest different ways to word things to create the tone of voice that I am looking for.
Can't imagine writing anything without it.
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and has almost become a seamless part of my writing process. I'm generally trying to write quickly, and this allows me to not worry as much about my grammar while crafting drafts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a little while to load the recommendations, but that could be something on my end.

Grammarly is helping me and my team reduce our writing errors and ensure we're putting out professional quality content.

Grammarly has been really helpful for our entire company and ease of use for all customer support emails. It is straightforward to integrate into our existing platforms. We use it often.

With the English language, there are a lot of variances in correct grammar; I think it is hard to tell which way is the right way at times.

Grammatical errors in responses to customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Communicating with my team and clients is now easier with improved tone, precision, conciseness, and less redundancy. One click is all it takes to enhance my writing significantly, and that's impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all applications and tools, such as Google Sheets, are compatible. Additionally, there is room for improvement when it comes to understanding paragraph context and suggesting alternative sentences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to communicate clearly, especially when it comes to explaining harder concepts. Additionally, I appreciate Grammarly's ability to fix my grammar and punctuation, allowing me to write without worrying about being perfect.
It improves all of my writing, and helps me diversify my vocabulary.

It quickly helps me edit documents, and leads me to soundign more professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the UI can get in the way of what I am trying to see. It does allow you to move where the bubble pops up when in documents, but I would rather have it in a corner above the paper I'm writing, rather than in the middle of it.

I struggle at times with repetitive words, and it helps me pick exceptional synonymns out so that my writing is not flat and bland.

I can set what type of audience that I am writing to and with the help of Grammarly I can make corrections on the fly and keep my emails or messages short, to the point and professional.

I currently do not have any dislikes at this time.

My english is not that strong and my sentence structure is not what it should be. With the help of Grammarly I can proofread what I have written and catch errors that can be corrected.

Grammarly is a HUGE help when editing marketing content
What do you like best about the product?
I started using Grammarly about three years ago and it's been one of the most important tools in my daily work as a marketer ever since. I primarily use the extension for my computer, which helps me catch misspellings and grammar mistakes wherever I'm working, whether I'm typing an email, writing content, or reviewing someone else's document. The online version goes even deeper when I need to thoroughly check the content I'm writing or editing, and provides helpful tone and clarity suggestions, and frequently helps me cut down on wordiness to write with more purpose.
What do you dislike about the product?
The online version sometimes suggests changes that would alter the meaning of the sentence in favor of "a more positive tone." I work in marketing, so sometimes a negative tone is exactly what I need. Bottom line: as with any tool, you should always go back over your work carefully and use your professional judgment about the changes it's suggesting for your work. But that's less of a dislike and more of a note, as those suggestions are definitely helpful at other times!

Grammarly is helping me catching spelling mistakes, complicated sentences that could be simplified, and passive voice.
