Data overview of communication and response time.

Sometimes give suggestions that don't match what I am going for in my writing.

What do you like best about the product?
I find that it's ability to offer suggestions for sentence structure and alternative words is what I like best. It has saved me a few headaches when it comes to writing emails. I certainly use it multiple times a day. The UI is very intuitive as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't come across anything that I don't like.

Sounding articulate and coherent in my email writing.

I love how it suggests more concise phrasing and catches less obvious grammatical errors we humans tend to miss.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software cannot always read the writer's intent, and you must proof the suggestions thoroughly to ensure that your meaning is not changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly cuts down on the time our editing team needs to spend on proofing while helping us streamline our articles and letters for a better read.
Is very helpful in tight crunches, but occasionally more of a distraction

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly provides versatility to my capacity to communicate in English. It helps me write in formal contexts, while promoting more flexible grammar for emails, letters and presentations. It helps me navigates different scenarios while feeling comfortable with my expression. Also, it never translates what I write into something robotic!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the copy paste capacity, with styling, could be better.

It helps me be more agile and quick as I write reports, also it lets me be more aware of my verbal expression,

Essential Tool for Proper Communications
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that Grammarly helps me to enhance my writing. Sometimes we are in a hurry and misspell, or we don't properly put things into correct writing, and it's great that Grammarly is like an assistant to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it doesn't seem to integrate or connect to all of my applications.

Helping us proofread our writing and also make suggestions to enhance our writing.

It helps me right better. Gives me weekly insights on my improvement

The AI feature can be better. Currently in the BETA phase so I am guessing this will get better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proofreading is the biggest game changer. AI writing assistant thought it's in BETA phase does a decent job of making a particular long email short.
A Helpful Tool For Any Writer
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly goes beyond spellcheck. It makes clever suggestions about my writing that I never would have thought of, helping me produce better written content.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's occasionally tough to customize Grammarly. Sometimes there are stylistic choices that I want to make, but Grammarly won't let me customize the suggestions accordingly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves my poor spelling and grammar, and helps me be a better writer.
