Pretty nice and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The real-time interactions to work with the corrections.

Sometimes it doesn't detect some obvious errors or delays a little.

I think Grammarly is best at making your thoughts as clear and concise as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
For press releases that require AP style, it can be annoying to get recommendations that aren't appropriate for that writing style.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When you are producing a lot of content very quickly, Grammarly gives you peace of mind. I am able to draft emails with confidence knowing I am using Grammarly.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is an easy-to-use extension that corrects my spelling, grammar, and punctuation. It allows me to communicate confidently in business emails and keep my tone clear.
As someone who has dyslexia, I recommend it to any one who sends emails in their job, but especially anyone that has a learning disability.

Sometimes the prompts/ suggested word phrasing reframes the tone or context of an email in an ineffective way.

Helps with grammar, sentence structure and a lot more. Customer support is great, and I use it all the time.

Number of features at times could use work

Product that simple works
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy in the heat of a moment to throw words in an email and send. That said it doesn't mean it will come out in a clear contiguous flow, or make even the slightest amount of sense to the recipient.

There is nothing more that I can ask other than for it to be able to be able to take a few points and draft the email for me.

Bringing concise, grammatically correct, statements from all my IT staff.

I like that it catches things that I wouldn;t see or or recognize as a mistake.

Sometimes it dicourages passive voice too often.

It helps me catch small issues when necessary.

I love that Grammarly allows me to set the tone I need in each writing that I do. My emails sound professional when needed or casual depending on my intended audience. I appreciate the flexibility in helping me with my writing.

There are no downsides to using Grammarly.

Grammarly helps me to write in a more professional and efficient way. I am very verbose and Grammarly helps me to get my point across with fewer words.
Grammarly is an essential tool
What do you like best about the product?
I have been a Grammarly user for a number of years. The evolution of Grammarly is impressive. What I like best is being able to use it as a sandbox to craft my work, the guidance from suggestions, and the AI features to help me rework sentences and paragraphs that just don't feel right.
The user friendly nature of the product is great for an level of writer. It is easy to use and I use it several times a day.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not a fan of the plug-in for using grammarly in other programs. It is not as robust, but I see the merits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So many. I use it multiple times a day to check everything I write like emails, internal messages, external messaging (social media copy), and article writing. It helps to tighten my writing and supports my team's work.
Easy AI in Grammarly
What do you like best about the product?
Our company uses Grammarly in all our documents. It makes it so easy to perform spelling and grammatical checks on all platforms. They have great weekly productivity emails to let you know your top tones, words analysed, and more. Highly recommend.

Sadly when switching computers my weekly streak statistics were lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We spend a lot of time translating documents and Grammarly helps to make sure that everything makes sense and is grammatically clear when translated into English.
Helpful on the fly!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps as you type, streamlining the writing process. It offers many suggestions, the most helpful of which are for concise language. Also, you can toggle it on and off so you can write/edit without any flags/suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if there was an easy button for toggling on/off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wordiness! As a technical editor, Grammarly helps me offer more concise language to the authors I work with.
