A no-brainer tool to use
What do you like best about the product?
In a job like mine, where I write loads of material daily, Grammarly is a no-brainer. It eliminates the simple typos and elevates your grammar expertise. Grammarly consistently catches my common mistakes but also helps me with my grammar questions. It is easy to set up and super simple to use in your everyday work.
What do you dislike about the product?
One challenge is having Grammarly fit the context of the work you do. For me, I work with B2B SaaS companies. There can be technical terms and acronyms that are foreign to Grammarly. It also is constant battle with the Oxford comma, since AP style doesn't promote it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of quality and original writing. I need to ensure I am producing quality, error-free content. I also use the plagiarism checker to ensure my content is original to pass publication standards.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm not the most detailed person so when I get to typing emails or content quickly, I easily miss grammatical or spelling errors I have made. Its nice to have the reminder right there while I type to guide me in my writing.
Its very easy to install and only take a few minutes to get running.
I have no experience with customer support as our tech usually deals with those.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are times where the widget gets in the way of submission of text or suggests the completely wrong grammar or spelling. But I suspect this is just the problem with language itself rather than the program. However, I wish there were features to recognize slang or figures of speech better than there is now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I tend to type extremely fast and forget to proof my work. Grammarly is not only great with spelling but my sometimes shoddy grammar is corrected as well. I also like the tone of voice settings that help keep your tone consistent through the whole peice of content.
A Great App for Clear Communication
What do you like best about the product?
Using Grammarly not only helps me find typos and grammatical -- it also helps me condense the writing to be more concise, and therefore more impactful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! It's easy to use, great suggestions, and it has helped reduce the time I have to spend editing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small and agile team, so we have to work quickly and effeciently. Grammarly has helped even the non-writers on my team improve their communication and reduce typos and other errors. It also helps us improve our writing to get the point more quickly and avoid using passive language.

Not only does it edit and fix spelling and grammar, I like the feature that tells you the tone of your writing.

Need to disable when working with data or for acronyms. Can be overwhelming.

Grammarly is a spell check and grammar check for all text based work, including emails and short hand messaging.

I think the least helpful thing is the autocorrect feature and the fact it can do it without asking if you aren't careful.

Strong Program with Limitless Potential
What do you like best about the product?
As someone whose fingers move faster than their brain, Grammarly has been a game changer. It makes sure to alert me on misspellings and gives helpful suggestions to elevate my writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Grammerly thinks it is too intelligent and gives awful suggestions, making me sound like I'm from the 1800s.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making sure that my spelling is correct, as well as the correct words are used.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it learns how I type and speak so to speak. It learns the way I write. I like how it offers solutions to make sentences more concise. I do like the AI feauture as well. It has made my emails easier to read. It has helped when I'm sending things to stakeholders to make sure i'm as professional as possible. I use it almost every day. I found it very easy to integrate with the different apps that I use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is with the app that pops up in text boxes. I find it very annoying to bring up the settings menu.

It has helped me solve my emails being wordy and rambling. I have a habit of repeating myself. Grammarly has helped me cut my emails down and make them more informative and concise.

It took me a little while to determine how best to utilize its services.

Grammarly is a great tool for upholding our corporate writing style guide across multiple departments and teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly struggles to integrate with Google Docs when the file gets to a certain size. It can lag or miss important errors that it normally finds in a smaller file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly efficiently proofreads the copy written by multiple employees across diverse teams and departments. It also helps us uphold our writing style guide.
