A handy writing assistant
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is a useful tool for any writer or editor. It reminds the user of misplaced or missing punctuation and articles, and suggests ways of simplifying sentences for greater clarity
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not yet found a reason to complain about Grammarly, aside from the onscreen placement of the small floating G icon that occasionally blocks my workflow when I am trying to save or finish something.

Great for everyday business needs
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly works great as it is always there ready to be used. It really helps clean up my writing and keeps me from having to spend too much time proofreading. Installing and getting the software working is super easy and efficient. I haven't needed any support either. Integrates right into Windows as well as my apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only issue has been sometimes, with my laptop, the icon can be really large. But only a small hindrance.

Grammarly helps saves me tons of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has allowed us to ensure that we're sending professional communications - with consistent messaging to a large customer base. We were able to set up and use snippets immediately which has changed our day-to-day work for the better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the plugin doesn't work with every text field I am working with, but overall, it's significantly more helpful than not.

Grammarly allows us to send consistent messages for a large number of customers asking similar questions.

The diversity in grammar related tools that make the software worth investing into.

The recommendations for changes can quickly add up and change the tone of voice and sound like someone else's writing.

Proofreading primarily, I write a lot for both personal use and professional use with the company I run.
Love Grammarly, just needs a few tweaks.

Offers suggestions on errors that are not there, tweaks needed.

Keeping conversations simple, direct and concise. Grammarly offers fantastic suggestions that enhance communication but adapt to your style. I love it overall!
Writing Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
When I'm writing for large documents, it's very easy for me to miss a hyphen/dash or to mash my keyboard and make a missable typo. Grammarly points that out to me, suggests and edit, and makes me more conscious of my writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is that no matter where I put the Grammarly widget it is always in the way.

I'm a great writer but when I'm in the zone I will miss some common grammar rules and Grammarly points that out to me to help me fix those mistakes.

Helpful tool with a few shortcomings
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Grammarly for brand consistency and being concise. With our brand guide, it recommends words and phrases that are more on-brand. It also helps me cut down lengthy sentences and paragraphs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I feel that Grammarly has a hard time with longer sentences that contain multiple clauses. As a bit of a grammar nerd, it can be a little annoying to have to turn down suggestions when I know that I am correct. I am hoping the AI will improve with time.

Grammarly helps us maintain brand voice and proofread for small errors.
