Overwhelmingly Positive
What do you like best about the product?
My spelling and grammar is lack luster at best. Gramerly helps me communicate effectively with my clients directly and professionally.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that I have seen to the application is the speed in which is suggests options and corrections.

It is helping me resolve effective communication issues.
Grammarly has tricked me into thinking I am a good writer.

Grammarly helps simplify my emails by taking out repetative/filler words. It helps to make my emails/blogs/social media posts sound more professional and clean.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Grammarly pop-up bubble gets in the way of the text I am trying to edit sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep my writing style professional, clean, and polished. It removes redudent wording. It gives me helpful suggestions.
Grammarly changed the way I email
What do you like best about the product?
Identifying and correcting grammar and spelling mistakes in my writing is particularly useful. It couldn't be easier to implement for our organization, and the number of features surprises me constantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I frequently get logged out of my account, so I have to log back in often. This could be a company global policy setting, however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not like it when I get a business email that is riddled with spelling and grammatical errors. As such, I don't like to send those type of emails, either. Grammarly helps me ensure that my correspondence is always accurate and grammatically correct.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps the team draft emails and other communications quickly and effectively. Also, the new AI tools are very promising.

Sometimes, there are connection issues, and it takes too long to provide an answer. Also, the AI tools to improve the message are not always very accurate.

What do you like best about the product?
It's nice to have another pair of eyes look over your writing before publishing. I always run a final check through Grammarly to make sure my writing is as clean as possible. And it's great that there is a Google extension I can use across websites. I use it for all my work writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times, the suggestions and edits don't make sense for the context of the message, but I can easily dismiss those ones.

It catches minor grammatical and spelling issues I have while writing, which helps me improve over time.
