What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and quality of the generated content. Very accurate diction and punctuation.

If I had anything to add, it would be that Grammarly Go often crashes on me but that could very well be the outdated computer I utilize.

It makes my job as a social media specialist seamless by allowing me to generate clear and concise, on point responses for our customers here at EarthLink.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly is constantly monitoring what I write and showing me the typos I make, suggests better ways of writing things and allows me to put my message across more clearly. I write hundreds of lines of text per day and Grammarly is always there, whether it's in mail, Slack, documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Grammarly obstinately suggests the same correction all the time, even though it's not actually correct in the context of my work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me time and makes me sound more professional and confident.

I like that Grammarly catches small working mistakes or awkward phrasing that I may have overlooked just by being too familiar with my own writing/thought process

Sometimes Grammarly makes suggestions that are totally out of context and I reject them, but they continue to come up again as "suggestions" -- it would be nice if there was a feature that caught commonly rejected suggestions

It is a super helpful tool, always provides a lot of suggestions, it is easy to integrate in your mail account, and most important it is a super friendly, day to day tool.

I have no concerns or dislikes about the platform.

It helps me write more formal emails; this is really helpful for me because I am in constant interaction with customers.

It is really simple to use, and I love that I can select which tone I want to use.

There are no major complaints, except that the "Rewrite" button is occasionally missing.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and I feel confident when I write my messages. I like that I can use it in my outlook app and browser as well, all the time. Implementation was very easy.

There is nothing I dislike about Grammarly.

Grammarly not only points out errors but helps make my writing sound better.

Grammarly doesn't know all of the industry jargon I use for clients, but that's my only "complaint."

I have to deliver high-quality work to my clients, and Grammarly ensures I can do that.
