Great Program! My Whole Team Has It!
What do you like best about the product?
My team and I use Grammarly, and I love how it works. I use it daily for e-mails and bigger projects all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it glitches and it is wrong about the edits
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with my grammar and formatting sentences.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the small suggestions Grammarly makes about punctuation usage, better vocabulary, and paring down phrases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like my written words to sound like me - and sometimes Grammarly can overdo the suggestions and make my emails sound generic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly mainly for internal communications, so there aren't any business problems in play.
Helpful for those fluent in English, may be overwhelming for English learners

What do you dislike about the product?
For Word, if the icon disappeared, it was almost impossible to find it again, no matter where I hovered my mouse. This was what led me to uninstall it and not suggest it to my nonprofit for use; I could not reliably actually find it when I opened Word and thought it would be a headache to train my staff and consultants to use Grammarly.
I did not like how much it suggested I change my emails, I turned it off
For copy-editing: Even as a lawyer who writes for a living, I was overwhelmed by the sheer number of suggestions. I thought it might be helpful for staff who are English learners but since it was so ovewhelming for me, I think it would be more so for those without a foundational understanding of English grammar rules and fluency in written English. The suggestions from MS Word were sufficient for me.
Too many suggestions, even when I tried to adjust the tone to be fairly neutral.

Grammarly has been a part of my career for almost a decade.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the efficiency that it affords. I can add it as an extension to my browser and begin editing right in Google Docs.
It has saved me from silly spelling errors and massive issues with writing.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think Grammarly can often make silly mistakes when it comes to rewording sentences. Often in the pursuit of the most efficient sentence, the entire context of a paragraph can change. I think there should be a system where Grammarly takes into account the suggestions that people 'dismiss' and rework them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main thing that Grammarly helps me with is creating a finished article that is written perfectly with zero errors.

Helps with not only grammar but also the AI aspect helps me to write everything from professional emails to social media posts!
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside we’ve experienced with Grammarly is that the platform occasionally goes down or experiences outages. These disruptions can interrupt workflow and make it difficult to rely on the tool consistently, especially when working under tight deadlines.

It helps me with my grammar, increases my vocabulary, helps me when I get stuck (AI), and is just a wonderful tool to have.
I think the experience when using in the worksite is good.

Currently, the ChatGpt may also help if I want to generate an email or content,

As an English secondary user, it helps me to improve my language usage in my daily email communication.

Convenient to use with the Chrome extension and MS Word plugin.

What do you like best about the product?
The AI has the ability to rewrite your sentences. I was coming off as terse and complicated when that wasn't my intention. With Grammarly's help, my emails have had their intended impact and saved me from a difficult conversation with HR. I'm already prepared with it easily integrated into Teams, Outlook, Chrome, and all my other apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like most AIs, it can sometimes take a couple of tried to get the sentence the way I want it. However the regular writing checks work seemlessly.

Communication with Clients
Invaluable feedback that corrects and over time improves writing skills.

Over time, Grammarly has helped me address writing issues. I have had less suggestions from Grammarly as my writing skills increase.

At times, Grammarly does contradict itself, and attempts to correct its own suggestions in a never ending loop.

Helping our organization improve our email writing skills.
Extra Set of Eyes
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is most helpful to me as a final check after I've done my editing, like having an extra pair of eyes on my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to customize the style guide a bit more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Besides assisting me in my work, being able to add my team and knowing they have another resource eases my mind that we will have greater accuracy.
