Friendly and helpful
What do you like best about the product?
It integrates well. Has good suggestions. Grammarly Go was nice before I got Chat GPT 4 i used it heavily.
What do you dislike about the product?
On some formats like Word in Teams it gets confused

I don't need a full time editor.

The AI re-write tool where it can denote tone and make changes

The sometimes American use of spelling, or the fact it does not like me talking in 3rd person occasionally, stating it grammatically incorrect

Speed of writing speculative emails to clients, and profiles for candidates

Helps me craft emails quicker and the AI tool is specifically very helpful at guessing accurate responses

Grammarly helps me improve my writing. It works seamlessly with email and microsoft office tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I dismiss a suggestion on Word, it stays on the edits suggestion list.

Punctuation, passive voice, general proofreading, tone
Grammarly Makes Marketing Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is a great tool to help me review my marketing materials. It is easy to overlook typos and punctuation errors when I'm trying to type something out quickly, and Grammarly will check things over for me to make sure my material is correct.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Grammarly is a great service to those producing content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly reviews spelling, grammar, punctuation, engagement, and delivery mistakes as well as detect ing plagiarism, and suggesting replacements and how to correct mistakes.
Loving Grammarly- Easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
This system and software is so easy to use. I love that it spreads the use accross word, email, internet, etc. This is a very easy to implement solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the circle sometimes doesn't code right and can cause errors in email. The integrations are great but there can always be glitches there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool helps clean up some of the speech and writing patterns of our team.

Grammarly is quite helpful with the finer points of grammar, such as comma placement and wordiness

Grammarly is not always correct in its suggestions for sentence structure, and it does not always give an adequate explanation about its recommendations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I tend to struggle with grammar and sentence structure in the first drafts of my writing. Grammarly has helped to reduce some of the time that I use correcting those errors.

What do you like best about the product?
I have always been a great writer in ideation and being creative, but struggled with spelling, grammar and generally following the "rules." Grammerly helps me follow the rules so I can communicate more effectively!

Downside is it sometimes thinks it knows better than me

Helps me write more efficiently and faster. Less errors.
Good for checking professional writing
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly works best for my professional writing. I send a lot of emails and create a lot of written documents in my work. It is important that everything is grammatically correct.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pop-up boxes that appear can be quite distracting and cover the text box where I am trying to write.

Noticing spelling and grammatical mistakes. Keeps my writing looking professional
