Professional helper
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Grammarly is that they are always helping my emails, documents, and texts sound professional and courteous. They always give me suggestions on how to improve my sentence structure. It's so easy to implement as it reviews my Word and PDF files. Whenever I need help regarding any Grammarly issue, customer support is always there! I use Grammarly every day. It's a staple in my everyday correspondence. Was so easy to set it up and integrate it in my OS.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there's nothing I dislike about Grammarly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammar structure. Grammatical errors.

My english is not the best as its my secondary language so Grammarly really helps me in communication, emails and writing captions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the cursor just pops up when I'm designing something on Canva and its hard to remove it.

Helps in improving my written communcation at work.

What do you like best about the product?
Not only does it spell and grammar check, but points out where sentences are inefficient making email correspondence clearer to the recipient

I really can't think of any. When I see mistakes from others, I think why aren't they using Grammarly??

No one wants to appear uneducated when communicating exclusively through email and shared docs.
