Super Useful if you have non-native speakers
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has helped my teams in different countries write our technical articles with less help from native speakers.
It has also helped me in my professional writing as I create content for my company.

The non-paid version is not as useful. To get the full features you really need to do the premium version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is helping us to create better written content for the company that is customer-facing.
Best work tool ever!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is so easy to use. As you write emails, memos, social media posts, or anything - it gives you real-time feedback on how best to adjust your writing to be clear and concise. It was easy to add in to my day to day use as it's always running in the background while you work!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides! I love the program!

Grammarly is helping me to think critically about my writing. Am I clear in my words? Have I written in a professional tone? All things it thinks of for me!

Some apps are buggy and I'll have to restart to get them to work

Helps Ensure Professional Content Writing
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly not only makes sure that I spell everything correctly, but it also ensures that sentences and paragraphs are concise and professional. This is useful for creating content for work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not really any downsides at the moment.

Spell check and the ability to reword sentences to be more consise.

Nothing! I love Grammarly and there's nothing to complain about.

It helps me ensure the tone I want is what is being used. It also helps to reword nad cut down on being too verbose.

Useful back-pocket tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's useful to have another perspective on the tone and phrasing used in your emails. It's an easy-to use tool that's nice to have in your pocket.

Sometimes the suggestions change the tone of my writing to a more standardized style, which I don't love as I value the individuality of my style.

Grammarly helps me understand ways my writing could be misconstrued and work through phrasing when I get stuck.
I use Grammarly daily.

I love that Grammarly gives me scores for my writing, and divides it by specific categories.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the Chrome and Google Docs apps a bit buggy. I would like to use the Google Docs one more but it breaks often.

Adds an extra set of eyes for final proofreads/QC of deliverables.
Corrects Grammar, but has its downsides
What do you like best about the product?
The grammar correction is great, and its helpful to have the service catch mistakes that I make all the time because it looks correct to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The box/icon to choose corrections etc pops up in front of the "send" tabs in most of the websites I use and its annoying to try and navigate around it. It would be better if you could move that icon to somewhere else on the page as needed.

Catching spelling and grammar errors in my work communication.
