What do you like best about the product?
As an editor, I write a lot daily; sometimes, I can miss a typo. Grammarly helps me with small, silly mistakes while pouring my serious thoughts out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Grammarly can be slightly off, and all highlighting looks off and is not in places that need correction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me to correct misspellings and typos.

I like the integration with Word and many writing websites. It's easy to use and to activate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tends to suggest the exact words for the same kind of sentences. Sometimes it doesn't work with Google docs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes I need to write blogs and reviews and Grammarly helps me to correct mistakes and suggests good variations on some sentences to make it sound more professional.

I love how it provides not just spelling and grammar feedback, but also how it offers suggestions on making your writing more concise and easy to digest.

I like the plagiarism check, but sometimes it pulls in just bits and pieces of generic copy that might be related, but is clearly not plagiarized.

The best tool to improve your writing
What do you like best about the product?
I really like seamless integration across applications - Chrome, Outlook, Word, Teams, and everything else. Grammarly is super simple to use, is fast, and definitely improves my writing. As a not native speaker, Grammarly is a game changer and gives me more confidence in my everyday work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found out that to get the maximum out of Grammarly in MS Word, I need to use their plug-in in the desktop app. It seems there is a difference in the quality and depth of grammar checking between the "bubble" you have available when you write anywhere else (including the web MS Word app). It would be great if the experience is the same across all apps I use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a non-native English speaker working in a US company, I use Grammarly all the time to improve my writing. It gives me confidence when communicating with my colleagues or writing external content.

None, everything on grammarly is very useful and nothing is unlikeable. From getting suggestions to setting up your preferences

It helped me a lot in composing formal email to clients and save me time to finish any assigned task in no time.
Exceptionally useful during the copy editing and proofing process. AI ready!

Detailed proofing suggestions; smart re-phrasing; plugs directly in to Google docs which my teams use. It's incredibly easy to use, offers solid features, and I really like that there is a plug-in for AI--which I presume will continue to improve over time.

Sometimes it's a little too "in your face". The red underline can be obtrusive. AI is still a work in progress. Hopefully they support ChatGPT 4+
