Love Grammarly
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the suggestions and corrections to help keep my writing professional and up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way Grammarly hates past tense or repetitive words. Sometimes, this is necessary in business process documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I catch spelling and typing errors as I write and see the most concise way to express thoughts; I also catch significant punctuation errors. I love that it happens as I type. Another solution for me is Grammarly checks my online writing, too.
It's just brilliant
What do you like best about the product?
Besides being a great helper in catching typos, it helps me formulate myself clearly and concisely. I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Constantly fights with the web version of MS Word on my Mac, but I wonder if it is Grammarly's limitation as works perfectly with desktop Word. But other than that no issues with integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly mission is awesome, and I see how it improves communication.
Grammarly has been a great addition to our team.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Grammarly integrates into the platforms I'm using and on my phone - it makes using the product so easy. I also love that it knows how I want to sound and adjusts accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have anything that I dislike about Grammarly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a terrible speller and often have to respond to online questions quickly. Taking Grammarly on my phone has helped reduce errors.
Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
user-friendly, great editing suggestions, easily integrated with word and PPT
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Grammarly icon covers the text which makes it a bit hard to read
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not a native English speaker so having the tool really speeds up the process of writing emails or proofreading PPT presentations
Wonderful tool
What do you like best about the product?
The AI, I use it to help change the tone of the text.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it accidentally uses multiple tokens, for example: When it suggests to use a different tone, and I click yes. It uses a token but does not open the AI app. So when I go to click to open the AI app, the original use of the token that I used does not show and I lose that data. Then I have to click it inside the AI app, which uses another token just to get the original data that I wanted back again. It would be helpful to have a history feature that does not require another token.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team consists of several "country boys" and their spelling is not the greatest. This has helped them with grammar and spelling. As a manager this has in turned made our department look more professional to customers.
Grammarly has saved our office time and costly mistakes in printing.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use and get the job done quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not think of a downside of using Grammarly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AI gives me Ideas that I haven't thought of including in my correspondence. I do a lot of professional printing and it catches spelling and grammar.
Grammarly is a wonderful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly catches mistakes. It's analyzing what I'm entering into this text box, right now. It just told me that the comma I used after box is unnecessary punctuation. I use Grammarly to improve my writing on a daily basis. The recommendations are helpful, the analysis quick, and the tool itself easy to use. Beyond that, the tone features are absolutely phenomenal for our team to align on brand voice throughout our communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing here would be the widget placement. Sometimes, when I'm working in Slack or in some web editors, the widget (a small oval with a lightbulb and a counter/check status) will hover over text areas and prevent me from seeing what I'm typing. This mostly seems to happen when the text box being edited has limited space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It catches grammatical and spelling errors in places I would normally not do those checks, and provides that option in areas that usually wouldn't have the option - such as online forms and websites.
Life Saver!

What do you dislike about the product?
It can, very rarely, point out errors that are not actually errors.

It helps us with proofreading and saves us on some resources that review the document.
