Grammarly Business is a valuable tool for improving writing proficiency. The process of correcting grammar, punctuation, and spelling problems serves to enhance the overall quality of written communication.

What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly Business subscription costs may be too high for some businesses, especially smaller ones, depending on how many users they need and what tools they need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business allows workers to focus on more important tasks because it eliminates the need for them to spend time proofreading and editing documents by hand.

What do you like best about the product?
It is great tool to see everyones writing improve across the board, with high quality iterative feedback to improve writing style. It is easy to use and implement/integrate with your team and has a great featureset which provides tools for all.

No problems have been found as of yet, we're happy with it

This tool helps me in creating content for submission on various website.
It's plugin makes it very simple and easy to use on all websites that Grammarly support.

Nothing to dislike in this software except it logout sometimes when I am using it.

It helps in doing the proofreading of content.
If you write a lot (like emails, slack) this is the best tool that will save tons of time!

You can use it directly from any platform on your keyboard. I personally write a lot of things on slack everyday and being able to use grammarly directly from my keyboard is amazing
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used Notion Ai before and I'd say the AI functionof Notion is currently better when editing and changing tones. Also there's no option for summarizing or elaborating texts which I tend to use a lot.

Editing and texting directly from the keyboard without copy and pasting from similar platforms like Notion AI and Grammarly

Where you write and communicate, grammar helps to create a professional and clear image. Available assistance and corrections at all times.

Sometimes the pop-up plugin is a bit buggy.

Completely removing spelling errors and helping with writing articulate and professional sentences.

Nothing really. If anything some suggestions a few times are off

I tend to write fast and can't always afford to double check. Grammarly is giving me the reassurance that text is correct as I can quickly fix mistakes

Of course the basics like grammatical errors, typos, and spell-check detections. Tone and other suggestions make it very effective. Plagiarism check is another aspect I like about Grammarly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the suggestions are not at all relevant. I find, at times, it leans heavily towards the American accent in terms of language and tone. That aspect irritates me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i have spoken about it in the first section itself where I spoke about its effectiveness. It helps me avoid human errors and suggests improvements.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Grammarly is that it enhances my writing on multiple levels, from autocorrect to fixing long sentences and just overall ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can lag a bit, but that is very understandable as it uploads stuff to its own dictionary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It made me write better and have really good text and sentences, it even helps text that is generated from AI and fixes it, which in deed needs fixing.
Handy tool to quick check my writing content
What do you like best about the product?
It's embedded in my office working apps, such as Outlook, word, etc. The assistant tool icon is always there, I can get help instantly. Even when I don't call it out, the application would remark the content issues in the copy. I just click word by word to clear the issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it cannot capture a long sentence's meaning and provide suggestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It surely helps me to present myself as a professional working in communications. And I don't have to ask my native English editor to proofread small pieces of content all the time.
Easy, friendly, life saving app.
What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendly platform. My team finds it easy to use, and it's teaching us a lot. The option to choose what "voice" I write - business, inform. The high speed also.
What do you dislike about the product?
That does not apply to my personal Gmail account as well. There I have basic Grammarly, not a premium one, meaning I have to pay twice to have it on both accounts. Even now, since this survey opened on Edge, Grammarly has given me hints and not recommendations.

English is a second language to all my team. GB helps us to produce better content in our proposals, reports, and posting.
