The only way to keep a whole organisation on brand
What do you like best about the product?
I find the ability to pre-define my organisation's style guide to be an excellent feauture, making sure everyone's work is always on brand, and always renonates with our audience. I have created rules right down to capitalisation required on certain words, how complex jargon is to be simplified, and even ensuring that specific words and phrases are not used. I also set up a tone profile - so that we are always represented in the way we'd like in all our communication. You can refine the tone to make it fit perfectly with how you want your organisation to be perceived. Everyone finds this useful!
Because it is so simple to use, and highly engaging, we have been able to integrate it into our daily work quickly and easily. The AI functionality is incredible, so helpful when you're stuck on something.
In my experience, Grammarly's support team is always very prompt, professional, and helpful. They provide quick resolutions to any issues we have. Overall, Grammarly is a great asset our organisation and we use it daily. I think we'd feel lost without it.

There really are no downsides in my perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- The most important is the reputation of our organisation. We all have different levels of writing skills, and not everyone is informed to the same degree about the do's and don't's of what we say. Grammarly gives us the tools to define these rules and ensure they are disseminated across the organisation, and specifically are available to people when they need them most. The intuitive nature of Grammarly makes is quick and easy to make required changes. And at the end of the day, everyone can be confident that they've done a great job and sound polished and professional. There are people who are also learning how to write in the business landscape, this is an important tool for them to learn and build confidence in their skills.

Integration with Chrome makes suggestions easy.

Nothing to dislike, a perfect example of a well run product.

Solves the problem of proofreading which was manual and used to take up a lot of time

Grammar mistakes typos and any other writing a related errors are avoided. targeted writing using goals can achieve precision and clarity.
Great tool to help fix grammar in day to day tasks

I like its auto text sync feature. It reads all of my text and help me with great suggestions to fix it.

Nothing as such. Some times the app takes a bit of time to load properly.

My day to day business emails. Great to get my content proofread before it goes out to the audience.

Perhaps adding British English could be an option that the folk can explore. As a business focused on clients from both continents, the change in English could be subtle but imperative to maintain good language consistency.

Maintaining clarity in emails and avoiding the errors in drafting, which is really important to me so mu message goes across clearly and without ambiguity.

Sometimes it corrects wprds or sentences that are correct. Might be a US vs UK english thing.

What do you like best about the product?
It can be challenging to switch between communication styles in life. Whether informal with friends, delivering speeches, or writing professional editorials, it's easy for casual tones to blend into the workplace. Grammarly Business helps me stay on track by producing edits in real-time. It's also helped me toward a mastery of English grammar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, edits are contradictory and create edit feedback loops. For example, in my previous answer, "real-time" and "real time" auto-correct one another, always showing an error.

My career requires a professional, confident, and informative writing style. Grammarly Business helps me maintain a consistent tone in my professional reports.
Language tone feature, the game changer!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Grammarly tone feature, it helps with writing emails, and social media copy a lot! I also do a lot of designing for my organization and it helps me ease my focus on the grammar and copy side and focus a lot more on designing! It's correcting my review right now too and I love the fact that I can type blindly without having to use the generic spelling and grammar feature from Microsoft, right clicking and selecting is too much of a hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate the Grammarly circle thing that indicates the suggestions and mistakes. I use Canva a lot and the circular indication overlaps a lot on the features of Canva and I end up disabling Grammarly because of this. Maybe allowing it to be movable would be helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In India, many English teachers do not have the accuracy and language prowess required to be an English teacher. Many of our employees are also educated in Hindi medium or Marathi medium. Grammarly helps them write emails, which is an integral part of our business thus making our organization look professional externally in the eyes of the world, and reduces hassle internally to local language-educated employees thus boosting productivity and saving time.
Enhancing My Communication With Grammarly!
What do you like best about the product?
I have found it has been able to enhance my clarity, correct errors, and make my sentences read smoother. It is simple to use and is always in the background working. Sometimes, our minds move faster than our fingers, or vice versa, and Grammarly helps ensure we sound okay. It was simple to install and simple to use. I haven't needed Customer Support yet, but I am sure they will be top-notch. It is even working on correcting sentences for this survey! Grammarly doesn't ever need a break like we do!
What do you dislike about the product?
One significant negativity to Grammarly is when it is used in Canva. It always seems as though the lightbulb is right in the way of where I need to move a box or image, and I always hit it versus what I am trying to grab. I end up just turning it off for a short bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe that always having a second set of eyes reviewing your work is a huge benefit, but you can't always have that. Grammarly is my second set of eyes now. I was not aware of all the tools associated with Grammarly until I got to the Feature Ranking. We are so new to joining, but man I am super excited to try out all the features. I truly thought it was just fixing my emails and Word docs. WOW. Thanks, Grammarly for having my back!
