We absolutely love Grammarly at our office. We could not go about our daily lives without it!
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many great aspects! We are a US non profit based in Vietnam/Thailand and Cambodia. Many of our colleagues and staff are not mother tongue English speakers. Grammarly Business is a life saver for us all so that we can communicate efficiently with our donors and each other. We use Grammarly every minute of every day! It is also super easy to use because it works automatically on our computers - there is no need for any extra steps for the English review. It also supports with all kinds of grammar and sentence structure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when our internet connection is slow it takes a while for Grammarly suggestions to load. But this is more of an internet issue. Also sometimes the Grammarly button on the bottom right of the google word document screen blocks the pages, so its difficult to see what page we are working on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is helping us communicate more effectively as an NGO. I am the office copywriter so for me, Grammarly is invaluable to support my everyday tasks and huge volume of writing that I do.

I sometimes find it doesn't work well in programs like Canva, for example

As a social media manager, it's incredibly important to have a spelling and grammar checker. Spelling mistakes, for me, are usually public! I generally have a good handle on spelling and grammar but sometimes, small mistakes happen!

What do you like best about the product?
It readily understands the style of your writing and suggests options to improve the emphasis. It also helps you correct small but significant errors that makes your writing more professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any particular thing that I have disliked so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps make expressions more precise and correct errors in the use of articles. This polishes my writing and gives me confidence in my writing to native English speakers.

What do you like best about the product?
I draft everything in Grammarly Business. It's great that I can go back and see previous drafts, and I love the ability to download as a Word doc, too. It's also great that you can set the tone and audience to adjust the type of suggestions you receive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish my team had a shared folder where we could review and contribute to each other's work. I was actually surprised that wasn't a feature - it was something I was expecting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business helps me tick off all my proofreading boxes in one place, then an easy download into a Word document for sharing. It really is my favourite editing tool.

Helps me to improve in my report and business writing.
Its so helpful, especially when you are trying to type quickly!

The rewrite for clarity function is a life saver when you are struggling to format something concisely!

When i have asked grammarly to ignore soemthing because it was a concious choice and it continues to flag.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we have high ticket volume, Grammarly os very helpful in allowing me to rbain dump information and then clean it up. As this has to happen quickly, I'll often miss things like commas and it picks it up for me!

Sometimes, there is actually no grammatical error in your sentence but it highlights it as an error.

Correcting all my grammatical errors for me in a very timeframe.
Grammarly Business saves time
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business saves time. Working in a multi-ethnic office, we all use English slightly differently. I grew up in the UK, so my spelling and terms relate to that part of the world. I work with people from India, Asia and the Middle East as well as parts of Central Europe. Grammarly helps create professional correspondence without the need for a dedicated proof-reader for each piece of communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure there are any downsides to using Grammarly Business, other than those people in the office who have it switched off and leave mistakes in their communications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spelling and checking general grammar. Improved use of more concise language.
it just makes life a little bit easier when you may not have anyone to proof read for you
What do you like best about the product?
When you are writing a lot of content with quick turnaround times, it can sometimes be easy to not quite get the grammatical side of things quite right. So it just gives a little bit of reassurance that you can write what you need without someone else needing to proof read it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the position of the Grammarly icon can be a bit annoying; you have to move it and it will pop back into the same spot, and that can be a little bit of a pain.

Not always needing someone to proofread for me.
