What do you like best about the product?
I like how Grammarly allows me to set the tone of the conversations. This helps keep customers informed and satisfied with responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes focuses on minor newer errors rather then old ones. If I type a type, it wants to fix it right away even if it is a very very quick fix. Then, the begining of the text may be phrased completely wrong. I'd rather fix the larger things first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to write quick and effecient responses to support tickets. I am also able to improve my grammar pracices and knowledge through grammarly.
Grammerly Business is super helpful and is making me be a more concise and clear writer.

The real-time editing suggestions and the ability to make my writing stronger, clearer, and less wordy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the suggestions hinder what I am trying to convey. But that does not happen very often.

It is allowing me to be as effective as possible in my communication and saving me time by creating content faster than I can.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the way it offers suggestions to your messages that make them more positive and invitational.

To date, I haven't found anything that I would say I dislike.

It offers a better written product when finished.

It's always right there to help me write better. I'm in HR so it's important that my emails are precise and well written.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are glitches where it can't pick up the text or will make a suggestion and input that text into another word making that word incorrect. Doesn't happen often and things don't always work 100% so it's fine.

Helping me to send out better communication to the staff.

Able to help me check my work for grammatical errors. Grammarly GO also helps save time and make my work more efficient!

However, I find that it may be a bit costly and on the high end for some people, especially freelancers. In addition, there are a few bugs here and there which may affect the process.

It's extremely easy to use (I use it constantly) and integrates with almost any other app, website and services. Is non-intrusive, and helps me catch a lot of typos, and grammar mistakes. And in general makes my writing much more professional.

It assists to formalize letters being sent to various parties. It is easy to use, it pops up and gives suggestions, which makes it so much easier to draft letters.
