Helps me sound professional and polished.
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has been really helpful for me at work. The tone alerts catch times when my messages might come across as too aggressive or curt with coworkers. Since I don't always notice my tone initially, the little images are a nice reminder to soften my language before hitting send. Maintaining positive relationships is crucial, so I appreciate Grammarly's assistance there. I'm pretty solid with grammar usually, though I do leave out commas on occasion. The grammar suggestions are a nice backup to keep my writing clear and professional. Overall, Grammarly helps me communicate in a friendly yet professional way with my colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the little G icon gets in the way of chat windows. I try to move it out of the way while keeping it activated but none of the options are great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me maintain a friendly, professional tone in my workplace communication through alerts about my tone and grammar suggestions. These features ensure my messages come across clearly while preserving positive relationships with my coworkers.

Grammarly Business helps users improve their writing by providing real-time grammar and spell-checking, style suggestions, and tone adjustments. It solves problems related to language errors, unclear communication, and lack of professionalism in written content. This can benefit users by enhancing the clarity and quality of their communication, whether it's in professional emails, documents, or other forms of written correspondence. For me, as a language model, accurate and clear input allows me to provide better responses, ensuring that I understand the user's queries correctly and offer relevant and precise information.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammerly offers us the chance to talk to our customers all in 1 tone. As part of a team with three different people writing content, we all must talk to our customers in 1 voice. By setting the controls the same for everyone on our team, we can achieve this, elevating our content to a more trusted professional level for our customers. It is super easy to use, and with all the features, it can be customized for whatever type of project you are working on. I literally use this every single day and won't send an email or make a social post without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when there is limited information the system has a hard time supplying more than 3 bullet points for a product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating propper sentence structure and applying the correct punctuation and spelling.

What do you like best about the product?
The writing advice is great for building out any type of content I need — from blog posts and webpages to ad headlines and more. The AI is also very intuitive and helpful, and provides a good launching point for outlines, rough drafts and other inspirations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is pretty comprehensive, however there is so much to explore that you can get overwhelmed pretty easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving mental blocks while writing, proofreading once the draft is done and plagiarism check to ensure your piece is original and fresh.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Grammarly has been incredibly helpful when creating works for my students. Not only does it catch mistakes I may be unconscious of making when writing emails and classwork, but it also helps me be more creative with my vocabulary. Grammarly has become a daily tool for me, as it allows me to be more efficient with my time.
I have enjoyed having Grammarly alongside my educator experience and hope to continue using it long into the future!

What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when the Grammarly pop-up window is in the way of my workflow. It can become quite distracting when I am required to use specific language as a part of our curriculum and it continues to attempt to auto-correct my language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Until now, I did not know Grammarly Business had a Plagiarism checker. I will definitely be adding that to my workflow from now on.

Grammarly is straightforward to use. There really isn't much to do. As I'm writing this Grammarly can quickly find suggestions to fix your style and make sure it matches your tone and the type of writing you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes part of your authentic voice may mean using certain words that Grammarly doesn't approve of. It's fine but it's good to have everything approved by them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps to make sure the language is professional and precise. It gets rid of all the excess words and clears all jargon.

Grammarly allows me to move quickly through a variety of documents and email creation while keeping my spelling and tone in check. The weekly report is a great confidence booster, too.

Sometimes, Grammarly suggestions will block buttons underneath that are required to move forward.

The personal assistant and editor I never know I needed but now that I can't work without!

I love the weekly reports that give me feedback about how my writing is improving, what tones my messages are conveying, and tips on how to improve.

I wish I could get monthly report outs and tips in addition to weekly reports so I could see my improvement over time.

My emails have better clarity, grammar, and spelling due to Grammarly. I am able to strike the right tone for each message, and I can work quickly knowing that Grammarly will catch my major mistakes.
