Grammarly - my last line of defense - b.c everyone needs an editor
What do you like best about the product?
easy to use and the Chrome extension lets me work with it right in my Google Docs
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can try to correct things that actually need to stay in the document for various reasons, but an easy thing to overcome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very hard to proofread your own work - this helps improve language, typos, spelling mistakes, etc so I can focus on the substance of what I am writing.
This service saves me time and creates a good foundation for style and accuracy for my team
What do you like best about the product?
As a manager, I often find myself in the position of being the last editor of documents before they are released. This services saves me time and helps us have a more unified writing style across our team. I spend less time editing what my team has sent me for approval and overall our documents have a more unified voice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the widget working and the suggestions can interrupt my train of thought. I have adjusted to it but some people on my team turn it off because it distracts them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps my team have a uniform writing style and improves the quality of work for people from many different educational backgrounds.
Grammarly has helped me communicate in the right tones for the right situations at the right times.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to correct my grammar mistakes. With one click I can add the correct puncuation or reword in the correct tone. I love that grammarly connects to all of my platforms including email, slack, documents, and more. I use it almost everytime I write anything (which is all day every day)! I also feel like I am learning so much from my mistakes and the tone of writing I use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only time Grammarly bothers me is when I am taking notes or making a list. I don't usually use full sentences for these things, so grammarly tries to correct every bullet point into full sentences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me have the write tone of writing. It helps correct small grammar and puncuation errors. It helps me shorten my sentences to remove the fluff.
What it means to be a Sweet tREAT
What do you like best about the product?
I craft emails for two executives and an entire senior leadership team; this tool is such a welcomed addition. I'm able to push myself to study more, pay attention when crafting emails, read for the tone of the email, and enhance my vocabulary. I'm more conscious of grammatical errors and the use of unique words.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform fails to upload, although the extension has been added to Microsoft Outlook and Word. Sometimes I'm confused about productivity, I'm more productive than 29% of Grammarly users, is that good, or should the number be higher?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammar, correct use of punctuation, proper tone of emails, increase vocabulary
My holy grail for work!
What do you like best about the product?
It suggests corrections and helps me create professional email correspondence. It has been very helpful, especially when creating email responses to our customers/clients.
Aside from this, my efficiency has improved and has impacted my productivity positively.
You can easily download the Chrome extension, which integrates with multiple platforms, such as Slack, Gmail, Kustomer, Google Docs, and even Canva.
I use this every day at work, and I also downloaded it on my phone, so it integrates as an extra keyboard when sending messages or simply typing.

What do you dislike about the product?
We get to be highly dependent on this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It resolves our grammar, spelling and punctuation (GSP) errors or errors in the messages that we send our customers, being in the customer service industry for email/chat support.
It also helps me be more productive as I have become more efficient especially when working on documents. I rely on the AI to improve my writing and gives me more ideas when it comes to the tone and use of words.

Grammarly is great!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is great. I love how polished my emails are when using Grammarly. I like how it can let me know if I'm missing a coma, which I am guilty of, and my vocabulary usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't disliked anything about grammarly yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly business is helpful with proofreading and rileminding me of errors in my emails. I like to challenge myself to avoid grammatical errors.
One way ticket to success!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has helped me through my everyday work, especially since it involves a lot of emailing and typing. I was able to deliver a professional tone with so much empathy. It's probably the best software out there in the market as we speak!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, none. But, if one grey area can be improved, it's when the AI help is not responding, but it really isn't a big deal for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When doing my work, I sometimes stumble with my own grammatical errors, wrong spellings, and even punctuation! When those small mistakes pile up, I know it will really affect my job, but here comes Grammarly to save the day! I don't worry anymore about any of that since our software is incorporated with Grammarly.
Stayung on brand is important, but proper english, punctuatin, and spelling is importanter.
What do you like best about the product?
We have had our fair share of employees here who have incredible talent but lack some of the basics in spelling. The title is on par with what we may have seen from one of our gifted programmers. Likewise, even those who claim to have the basics down, citing, "They graduated from middle school, yeah yeah, ha ha," have found great value in polishing up their occasional grammar faux pas.
I am intentionally using some of the things I know Grammarly has wanted to correct and letting Grammarly handle them here to see if they are still an issue. It is a beautiful thing to be able to report to you many of the former issues seem to be corrected. Bravo, I really enjoy that this is still being (continually?) improved.

What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly tends to be a burden when I am in development applications such as Notepad++. It is easy enough to turn off, but is there some way to control which applications our organization would like to have Grammarly ignore by default?
It can't figure out certain sounds yet and how they relate to other letters, in the case of Foupah being faux pas. There are other examples, but this is just a note. I don't really have any true dislikes about Grammarly.
Grammarly really doesn't like the word really. I really do see the benefit, but can absolutely understand where that may not be on brand for many companies. I really really really don't like it when people overemphasize a point using filler words, so determining a metric for this would be difficult.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spelling and grammar professionalism was a problem for many of our technicians. We have seen a great improvement with Grammarly. We are evaluating the strengths of this over the defaults built into Microsoft's solution, but for now, and during the previous year, we have greatly benefited from this.
My year and a half experience with Grammarly Business
What do you like best about the product?
I like the AI feature of learning from my company's writing style and my own writing style, giving me suggestions on what it has learned for my messages, emails, and other texts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it makes some corrections that don't make sense based on the context of the text being written. Like for example, when writing a message, it tries to correct some uncapitalized letters that don't make sense to have them capitalized on the message itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammar mistakes mainly, and it helps me oversee the mistakes that I may not have seen when writing emails, articles, or just on casual messages.
Grammarly is a good software indeed.
What do you like best about the product?
It works fast, and the new AI feature is awesome. It helps me to write emails smoothly, and sometimes it saves a lot of time by providing the structure for an email. And its really easy to use. I use Grammarly almost every day. It helped a lot during my thesis and report writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The rephrasing feature should be improved. I have to use QuillBot for that. And sometimes it can't distinguish between nouns and other parts of speech. And if I ignore a change, it shows again and again after some time. It is frustrating when working with a large document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business is cheap and a good solution for businesses. I am using Grammarly business for more than 3 months and no major complain yet.
