A major time and quality saver
What do you like best about the product?
The new AI features are incredibly helpful. The ability to use well-known writers in AI format to provide feedback is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Please add the ability to add H4, H5, H6, etc. headers. Would make copy/pasting into documents easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Having it plugged in to so many places makes my life easier. Especially when Im on the go and typing fast! I haven't needed customer support but i know i can use it if i ever run into issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesnt load in docs and I have to restart it.

Catches all my proofreading needs!

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is fantastic. Not only does it correct the English, but it also proposes an alternative way to write the sentence or even the entire text. I always check my texts with Grammarly, and I stop making mistakes in the texts, which are much more straightforward for the reader. I have now been complimented on my writing, but I always tell people that the reason for improvement is Grammarly
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly Go does not work well in the browser. I use Overleaf for some texts, and I cannot use Grammarly. I am not referring to the LaTeX part, but I cannot use Grammarly Go even for the only-text part

For non-native English speaker, Grammarly is a game changer

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can build a style guide in, enforcing some level of consistency across the organization.
It's super easy to turn on and integrate with everything else we use (Google Docs, email, Chrome extension, desktop apps, etc.). It just works. We use it every day and have never had any need for customer support because there are no significant issues.

Sometimes the Grammarly widget gets in the way and blocks some of the text.

Keeps writing clear, concise, and accurate.
An amazing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly catches my many errors, from basic grammar and spelling to missing commas. I feel confident that I am sending a great response email whenever I see that it looks good according to Grammarly :)

I have no downsides to using the tool so far.

Not much! However, I noticed when I make consistent errors, it won't pick up on them.

The recommendation for sentence structure is an awesome feature. It gets the tone of the article and helps me to save a lot of editing time.

Sometimes it gives redundant recommendations.

Its an excellent tool to correct spelling and grammar. For me specifically, it saves a lot of proofreading time.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very proactive. It helps me with my emails, helps me write concisely for my LMS courses I create on a weekly basis and makes me sound smarter than I actually am.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't integrate with some google suite products like Google Slides. I do a lot of slide show presentations and this is a huge miss in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I write a lot of courses as an enablement professional, and I am a big fan that I can use this in chrome to help me write better and cleaner. One thing I've always tended to be bad at is grammar + punctuation. I also write emails to 200+ people, and I want to make sure the emails are as professional as possible. Grammarly always helps here.

What do you like best about the product?
The implementation process was easy. Grammarly seamlessly connects to all platforms across the board. So, my writing remains consistent, from emails to web searches to technical content. I use it almost daily in my writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not mastered tone in Grammarly. It will often suggest more passive and indirect statements in instances where I am attempting to be firm.

I use Grammarly to improve my technical writing and for proofreading. I am not a strong speller; Grammarly fixes that.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly delivers what it says in its name. I can rely on Grammarly for its accuracy in terms of grammar. I also like how it helps tighten the content by suggesting ways to compress sentences.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel one improvement that Grammarly still requires is to provide more relevant suggestions. I can't remember how many times I delete the suggestion 'Passive voice' from the grammarly pane. While passive voice should be avoided while writing content, it does help in a lot of cases while writing different forms of content, like blogs. With advent of AI tools, Grammarly must upgrade its suggestions to make it more relevant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is my go-top option for proofreading any type of content I create - from blogs, social media copies to articles. It helps me save time by providing accurate gramamtical improvements as well as ease-of-reading suggestions. I usually bring Grammarly into the picture once I'm done writing my content. It helps me with finishing touches through suggestions.
