What do you like best about the product?
The best part of the Grammarly Business is the suggestions that the it makes to different approaches of my sales pitch.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could help not only correcting but also creating texts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly polishing my pitch to the target audience. I'm used to using it combined with Chat GPT.
Useful tool, especially for not native english speakers

It could be integrated with AI for generative writing and full text revision/editing (e.g., shortening, expanding, change of tone, etc.)

I like the Grammarly suggestions to remove extra words and be more concise. Grammarly has shown me where my long-standing habits have made my writing less legible, and made suggestions to improve it.

I dislike that the Grammarly icon gets in the way of what I am writing in some programs.

Grammarly allows me to create my own snippets. I use the snippets as my own text expander in some cases.

Grammarly is a game-changer for me because it tackles communication issues, ensuring my professional writing is clear and error-free. It's like having a personal editor, making me more confident in my correspondence
One of My Most Useful Daily Tools
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly isn't just a glorified spell checker, although that is important and it has actually improved my spelling. Grammarly is a second set of eyes on any document I create and helps me concentrate more of my time on creativity than copy editing.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaints with Grammarly would be that occasionally, the autocorrect is a little overzealous and that the icon sometimes hovers in the way of where I am trying to type. Really very small things in the overall scheme. Compared to how much it has helped, these issues are easily overlooked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly has made emails so much better. More concise and easier to understand. And I really appreciate knowing what tone might be coming across to the person on the receiving end.
Also, being able to save the definitions of words and acronyms that are used throughout documents company-wide has been a very valuable new addition.

What do you like best about the product?
Correct my errors of course! It makes writing emails easier. I love that it can help me write emails in multiple styles depending on the individual I'm writing to. I use it all day, every day. I also love the AI feature. I really enjoy that it works within my email and CRM. It's so easy to use, I installed the extension and was ready to go.

There is nothing I dislike about it. I highly recommend it.

It makes writing emails so easy. It has cut down on time on rewording and writing in general.

I use Grammarly constantly to check and revise my work. I run a Customer Experience department with overseas agents who don't always know the best way to phrase sentences in an American dialect. Using Grammarly Business makes it easier to keep their communications clear and concise across applications.

GrammarlyGO widget can sometimes get in the way of text in certain fields and be difficult to move or work around.

Helps make sure my and overseas agent's communications are clear and effective on the fly.

I use it to check for plagiarism, and it is easy to use.

I cannot think of downsides...because it has so many features

Grammerly Business is great because it allows me to write an email, but helps me to fine-tune it.

I don't have any complaints about Grammerly Business. It's been a great tool so far.

GB makes it easy for me to write an email or a Word doc in my own words, but it gives me the option for changes. I love seeing the 'smiley face' when I'm writing a message that is 'approved' by Grammerly.
