What do you like best about the product?
I love that it helps me to write my thoughts clearly and concisely. Keeps my documents looking very professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
It works great, but it seems to slow our computer down a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an excellent resource across the board for all of our writing needs. We have been able to go back and check our website, fliers, etc, and found corrections that needed to be made that we only caught with Grammarly's help.

I like that it gives me multiple options on how to write. I love that it can detect plagiarism which is something I really utilized for my freelance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when I am not wanting to be super formal, the corrections are not always something I want to accept. But it is not a big deal!

What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite aspects of using Grammarly Business is the immediate feedback I get on my writing as I work. It improves my writing by catching typos, spelling and grammar errors immediately, plus it helps me with my phrasing, keeping my tone consistent. I love that it's always there, running in the background and keeping me on track. I'd hate to write without it now.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when the details of the help offered can seem overwhelming and unnecessary for the piece of writing; however, I can adjust the settings or simply ignore the suggestions and move on when it's appropriate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly catches punctuation I often miss as I write quickly to get the ideas out before they disappear. That keeps me from having to switch from my creative brain to my technical side, and makes me more productive.

The snippets feature. Setting up multiple responses to common questions. Or using it as a template for common emails.

What do you dislike about the product?
That it doesn't work on my mobile browser unless I install an extension. That extension seems to update at least five times a week and won't work unless it's updated. Sometimes it updates at awful times and the entire browser needs to be restarted after the update. So I lose all open tabs and progress before I can use Grammarly in my browser again.

You don’t need chatGPT or any other AI when you have Grammarly AI
What do you like best about the product?
I miss a lot of commas and crispness in my language. Also, my limited vocabulary sometimes makes my choice of words redundant. Grammarly has quickly overcome these weaknesses of mine, and I can confidently write good copies applicable in the global context even though I am not a native speaker. The AI feature launched recently is something I can't live without these days.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, you ignore a specific suggestion, and it goes away. But in the next refresh, it comes back again. This should be automatically personalized for the user for future changes so that, ultimately, Grammarly could be tuned entirely to me and my needs. I am sure this is already in the works, and I have seen some changes with time. But the ideal situation is yet a bit far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is removing my reliance on content writers. I can confidently write anything required in the digital world for any objectives, be it ad copies, blogs, website copies, and what not. That's the biggest superpower that Grammarly has given me. I can now confidently focus on other strategic tasks that need my attention.

It is practical and works on all the platforms I need. As English is my second language, it helps me to select more usual stylistics and use more variations of words.

I would love if it was available for Brazilian Portuguese as well!

What do you like best about the product?
It makes you think! Think about word usage, punctuation, sentence structure, and message tone. It is also very easy to use and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It makes you stop and think! Forces the user to make corrections and revise letters, emails, reports, etc because all those red marks and words underlined drive me crazy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When time is of the essence Grammarly Business solves the issue of proofreading a document and offers quick solutions to poorly worded sentences. This is very important in communicating effectively in the business world.
