What a great product
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can refine the types of suggestions I receive based on the style of writing that I am doing for that project. I also enjoy the reporting aspect for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the Dashboard allowed you to categorize the samples that are being reviewed to allow for better organization. It reminds me of when someone just saves every file to their desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This speeds up the proofing time for grants and other fundraising materials by proving copy edits prior to a structural review of the document. My grantwriting timeline has been cut down by approximately two days.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me craft emails that are more professional, concise, with less filler words!
What do you dislike about the product?
It pops up a lot on apps I don't need a formal correction, like our internal Slack app where we are just communicating with each other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need help with making sure my sentences are structured clearly, concisely, and with purposeful intent without mincing words with fillers! Grammarly helps me create the perfect sentences and teaches me to be a better communicator!
Great product for non English speakers
What do you like best about the product?
It provides an easy interface for non-English speakers to write better and understandable English. I use it every day.

It only works in web browsers and not in other applications like Slack.

Spelling, Writing style, and an overall indication of how my writing style is.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is easy to use and quickly helps me proofread.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything i dislike about Grammarly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to bother my manager to proofread until my final draft! This cuts out a lot of extra time.
A Must-Have Tool in Your Professional Bag!
What do you like best about the product?
In the fast-paced nature of my job, I appreciate having Grammarly Business running in the background to help me keep my communication clear and concise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love the flexibility to be able to move the 'G' on the screen out of the way. At times, it gets in the way and obstructs my view of what I'm writing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business makes my job easier in the sense that I'm able to spend less time writing and reallocate my time in other areas of my work.
Great tool for business writing
What do you like best about the product?
Grammar and sentence structure help, as well as tone-based suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you have to enable it instead of it automatically working, and sometimes it doesn't recognize an existing word.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AI writing assistant helps me develop a better tone for my writing that is easier to approach. Proofreading is really helpful, as I can often overlook mistakes in my own writing.

The easiness of finding suggestions for my writing, whenever I'm sending communications to my clients or my team and I need ideas of how to express myself.

Too strict for informal messages, punctuation is good to have but there are times that I get too many commas in one sentence.

Takes communication to the next level
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly analyzes text in real-time, checking for things that a professional copywriter may miss, ensuring no typos and professional writing in any communication. We use Grammarly every day in our organization. Incredibly easy to integrate with our SSO but unable to automatically provision, which is a headache.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of automatic SSO provisioning in our plan.

Grammarly ensures all of our communication is well-written and professional.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Grammarly changes the conversation to the most desirable and understandable grammar. Grammarly teaches us how to communicate more professionally. I love how Grammarly gives feedback on the language being used as well.

I have no complaints. Grammarly is the best!

It helps dramatically with a professional tone and assist with punctiations greatly. It makes the tone sound very professional at all times.
