Smooth and Straight Forward
What do you like best about the product?
The new Knowledge Insite option has helped to keep our team on the same page during larger projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see an option that would allow us to mandate the use of Grammerly Suggestions for Monitored Accounts. This would allow Management to ensure that the Entry Level positions are maintaining the brand voice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps our team maintaining a unified professional voice in all written correspondence.

We have been using Grammarly Business for over 2 years now and the team loves it! It helps us with everything written, from emails, social media posts to Clients proposals and reports. It's one of the most popular and needed softwares in any business! I don't know how I did the business without it...

Whenever I restart the business, I have to restart the programme to ensure its running in the background and scanning all of my communications.

Grammarly business helps me to avoid typos and grammatical mistakes. It also helps me to stay professional and be understood by everyone!

I like their pricing model – easy to swap users when someone goes on leave and needs a replacement.

I'm a bit worried to use their AI as I don't know how the sensitive data would be processed.

We're a customer support and success team that helps clients from all over the world. Since English is not our first language, Grammarly helps us sound more fluent and ensure clear and succinct communication with both our colleagues and our clients. It's also an excellent tool to de-escalate difficult conversations and sound more empathetic, which is incredibly important in our line of work.

I love that it assesses all my writing on various platforms and provides me with guidance on speaking formally and properly. I love that it plugs into every platform, and can give me accurate edits.

The button can be slightly annoying as it frequently appears on your screen as a reminder to use it, but at least it's always there for easy access.

Grammarly Business ensures all my professional writing is done properly, such as emails, documents, and other items. It benefits me a lot to keep writing correctly.
