Seamless grammar, punctuation and stylized effortless writing
What do you like best about the product?
I chose Grammarly's Business for its simplistic implementation and various features for multi-level writing. Grammarly has encouraged our team to compose and send emails without the embarrassment of misspellings, poor punctuation, and grammar. The weekly/monthly updates on progress are most encouraging. Grammarly's integration across our business has allowed more frequent program use. In the few instances we have contacted support, they are always professional and accommodating. I personally use Grammarly across all business and personal devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
To date we have not experienced issues that were due to Grammarly but due to the Microsoft extension. We hope to see a fix on the ability to have the extension fully active and seamless use across our Microsoft platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business has helped our team write better emails, documents, and proposals more professionally, and by showing the errors it allows for learning as well. In recent experiences of reveiwing articles for posting on various social platforms the plagerism feature is extremely helpful. This ensures writings are first hand experience and wording.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the revision suggestions. Since the system does not know specifics for my position, I can accept or decline the suggestion. I love that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it's suggestions for grammar are wrong more than I would expect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a department, our correspondence is cleaner and more professional.
I thought I was decent until Grammarly started upping my game and putting my writing to shame
What do you like best about the product?
The suggestions are there, and there is even a reason given: it is a pretty seamless integration to texts, emails, documents, and even Canva! Adding the Grammarly app to my phone and the extension to my browser was easy, so now, for any application used, Grammarly will fix it. I use Grammarly every single day! I have it on my business cell phone and laptop and miss it when I am on my personal cell. I may add it just for peace of mind. It has become such a welcome change to my everyday work routine. I have yet to contact customer support, but with how well the app and extension work, I am sure if I ever needed to, it would be a good experience as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the suggestions are not quite right, and the sentence context isn't understood. I wish there were more options to choose from in some instances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes, I need to write an email and sound more professional, and I tend to write how I speak, so the little changes and punctuation correction is such a lifesaver. Also, when I need to write a draft email for someone else to send out, it takes the pressure off to come up with the best works and sentence structure because Grammarly often gives better suggestions than I can think of in the spur of the moment.

What do you like best about the product?
In the real world, you need to be able to communicate your ideas effectively. It doesn't matter how smart you are, or what your pedigree is, or what college you went to; if you can't persuade and communicate effectively, you're out. And yes, one little stupid typo or spelling error, unfortunately, will tarnish your impression permanently. It can make your brilliant idea look stupid. And your first impression level employees need to have something like this installed all the time. It integrates itself into chat windows, word, Google Docs, and even this box I'm typing in now seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yes, it's an annual $ubscription, but that's how the world is now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fixing countless spelling, grammar, and typos in every single computer I operate on.
The app is very helpful for persons like me that we have to redact everyday.
What do you like best about the product?
Complete and recommend the words and sentences that improve the essays, memorandums and SOP.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is perfect in the app and is very user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business is helping me to have a better overall in the memorandums, making recommendations of the corrects words that we have to use.
Email Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
Ensure my punctuation and grammer are accurate. Provides great recomendations and is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I can't think of any concerns or dislikes I have with this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business helps catch my mistakes! I send a high volume of emails on a daily basis and there are just some days when I need the extra help to ensure my emails get out in a professional manner. I never want to send a poorly worded or poorly punctuated email to a customer or potential customer
Great Job
What do you like best about the product?
I like to use auto-correct. I enjoy the actualization.
What do you dislike about the product?
It tries to capitalize my abbreviation. I try to hit ignore but it keeps identifying it as incorrect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping my writing look more professional.
It´s very practical to use. Grammarly has change the way I write and the quality of my reports
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way it the suggestions are made, and the fact that you can decide to implement or not. I also like that it suggest other words that aline better with the structure of the document.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like if you implement a translator tool, maybe in another section or like a pop up. I´m spanish native and I´m trying to learn english and improve my writting and sometimes I forget some words or a better way to find a expression that is use in the business sector.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It help me with my reports. I work in a non-profit organization in Mexico and we do papers in spanish that sometimes we translate to english, grammarly has help me to check my grammar in this papers and that the text make more sense.
Adds to productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can write and have suggestions for clarity and grammar that make the work better, not just technically correct. It's been helpful in many projects, from comms to policy development to community outreach. Installation was straightforward; it loads in every window where I can type and is non-intrusive on the screen. I use it every day and have come to rely on it to make my work better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I have disliked is the amount of time it took to figure out how to tell it to stop asking me to change the style of my apostrophes to match the company's design file in areas where it's not needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes less time to go from initial draft to approved final document.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me write better and suggests words that are synonymous.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the suggestions don't align with how I might sound. So maybe that is something for me to switch up in the settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, we do lots of writing. So I found when sending client emails it helps out a lot. Especially in professional services.
