I use Grammarly everyday - it's a go-to tool for my workflow.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Grammarly Business is how it works across different platforms. I love how I can use it on desktop apps and within websites on my browser. I can go from adding content into a website mockup to creating up a procedure document with a seemless user experience. It's an intituive and robust tool all-around!
What do you dislike about the product?
One sticking point for me is the where the pop up window comes up on different screens. A great example is when I am typing in Slack and the icon for Grammarly will actually cover up what I am typing and I cannot see. This definitely is an accessibility and usability concern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I struggle with having a direct/concise tone in my email communications and also grammar is very difficult for me. Grammarly has certainly improved my writing skills tremedously.
User friendly and great in a business setting
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to use, catches mistakes, and makes written communication more proficient. It is easy for frequent use and makes implementation and integration a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of using Grammerly Business is that, at times, it does not accurately correct information, especially when specific to your business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems Grammarly helps solve are the clarity of my writing, punctuation, and grammar.
Helpful and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Our team uses Grammarly Business to keep a consistent tone and voicing to our writing, as well as to help us say things more succintly.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite aspect is that when you click for a new document you are automatically removed from the space you were previously working in.

Grammarly Business helps us more quickly write grant applications.

Stumbled upon Grammerly years ago and it has drastically improved my professional career.

The fact that the spell and grammar check is more robust and thorough than regular system checks.

Ensuring it's on and the ad ons are working in various platforms.

Just the overall check and balance of spelling, tone, intent, sentences structure, etc.

I find the options to restructure sentences to sound more confident, clear or friendlier in my correspondence. It's real-time, which makes it very user friendly and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have negative feedback about Grammerly Business, except the icon on some online platforms. The Grammerly icon can sometimes be in the way of my writing.

It is helping me, personally craft intelligent and professional emails. It is helping my team to avoid run-on sentences and poor grammar.

Great using with a team to be able to use the branding features.

Initial setup takes a bit but once you get it done it's great!

What do you like best about the product?
We love that Grammarly business covers all the folks in our organization for one low price. It catches most all spelling and grammatical issues in everything we write. Our staff use it all the time! Everything we write presents a more polished front to those we communicate with, whether writing a grant proposal or responding to an email.
I like that Grammarly prevents me from including long, wordy sentences and helps me communicate more successfully.

What do you dislike about the product?
I am having trouble opening the premium feature in Microsoft Word. I end up having to copy and paste into the online portal and then copy and paste back into my Word document. No matter what we've tried, it always reverts to this issue when I shut down my computer. But it is a minor glitch that takes an extra step. It's not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly prevents me from having long involved sentences and is helping me improve the clarity of my writing. In short, I've become a better writer because of Grammarly.

Grammarly Business helps catch the simple mistakes as well as the overlooked errors. We run all of our content through Grammarly in order to prevent errors that can be discrediting. It is easy to use and essential to professional success. I appreciate the suggested edits that keep my content professional and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times that Grammarly Business suggestions do not align with the message or contradict the meaning of what is trying to be conveyed. It is not as simple as accepting every suggestion, so there does require professional review of the edits. It can be frustrating when I accept the suggestions and then Grammarly suggests the previous edit. That is the only negative I have with using this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product finds edits that are overlooked by a human proofer. Times where 'to' should be 'two,' or other such errors, can be an oversite when someone is proofing. Grammarly also detects sentence structure that is not fluid or does not flow well and offers additional suggestions to smooth out the content. By using this product, I ensure that the messages I am sending have the highest quality.
