Best purchase I've made in a long time
What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful is likely the sentence recommendations. It helps me sound the way I want to sound, and allows me to change the tone in a few clicks. Honestly love the entire thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of! I use it every day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me sound more professional, or more casual depending on the intent of my copy.
Grammarly assists me daily. I appreciate that.
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps me create more concise language, daily. Commas and spelling have never been my strong point. So I can create a communication, quickly edit it based on Grammarly suggestions, and get it out the door faster. It easily integrates into Word, Outlook, Online forms (like this one!), and other software platforms to monitor and correct writing errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are terms in our industry that have no substitute. Grammarly will consistently flag these terms to diversify the language used. It would be great to have an index of industry terms so Grammarly bypasses this editing issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My Assistant Manager was a great editor! When he left our agency, I was not able to hire a replacement. I do a lot of writing for grants, presentations, and publications. I naturally write in a passive voice. Grammarly has trained me to use the active voice which is much more clear. It also suggests restructuring a sentence resulting in more concise language. Aside from solving my spelling and my ongoing comma issues, these are the main benefits.
Wonderful professional tool
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has helped me hone my professional eye! I really enjoy how intuitive Grammarly is, and I also like that there are so many different tone options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is glitchy - for example, sometimes it will see a word, like "sometimes" and suggest that it should be "somet" "imes" etc.,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really good at identifying grammar issues
Great tool. Very easy to use, seamlessly detect errors where you write.
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Grammarly is how seamlessly it elevates the quality of my written communication. Love the ease of use of the platform and how it detects my content wherever it is written, word, OnNote or Gmail. Whether I'm drafting an email, crafting a report, or even composing a social media post, Grammarly Business promptly detects my grammatical errors, making sure my text is not only error-free but also polished and professional.

It sometimes suggests changes that, while technically correct, don't always align with the natural flow or style of my writing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes sure all the marketing content I create are on point.

What do you like best about the product?
A very useful tool in improving or validation of writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes suggests tone which isn't appropriate for what is being written. E.g. something has to be written in a negative way gets constantly suggested to be be rewritten in a positive way

Validates what I've written or makes helpful suggestions on how to improve it
Grammarly is my go-to for when I am in need of a trustful source for proof-reading!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that grammarly will suggest changes for phrases, sentences, misspelled words, etc! Super helpful when creating public facing documents!
What do you dislike about the product?
The little side panel flags and reminders on documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving a piece of time management and also accuracy! It's helpful for me as a Programs Manager because I am often writing public facing documents, and by having grammerly double-check my writing to make it clean and concise, is such a more efficient practice!
My Experience With Grammarly Business
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Grammarly Business adapts to my style of writing. When crafting emails to clients I enjoy the fact that I can type my message across and Grammarly cleans it up and makes it more articulate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really the only issue I have seen when using Grammarly is some of the suggestions are incorrect usage of a word (effect or affect), improper grammar, etc. Really not very frequent but does occur once in a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not the best with grammar and having a check before sending out emails or posting has been extremely helpful. When I get lost in thought typing out a response my grammar and spelling go out the door and Grammarly Business has really helped clean it up.
This is an awesome tool
What do you like best about the product?
This is a great tool for communication and proofing. I like that we can have people assigned to teams with different style guides and rules specific to their department or job. It's great to be able to change the tone of a message with a single click. Setting it up was simple and I was able to incorporate it into all my activities. I use it pretty much all the time now.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Windows application doesn't display the popup quickly enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product helps me to make sure that my email reads the way I want it to. It also helps me to come up with different ways to communicate without having to rewrite all on my own, which I previously would spend a ton of my time on.
My job is heavy on writing
What do you like best about the product?
It gets better over time. I use for emails, proposals, and inquiries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the edits are ungrounded in my topic, or it reverses the receiver and giver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me to improve my grant writing. I can also set the tone I want to convey. This is a good feature.
Love the plugin!
What do you like best about the product?
The plug-in helps fix things that Word docs ad outlooks emails miss. It makes it really easy not to miss things b/c it pops up in whatever you are typing. I like the suggestions for grammar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the suggestions are not legitimate and I need to decline them

Fixing easily missed errors, catches errors other platforms don't catch.
