Good product, works in the background
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is always on for me and pairs well with anything I'm doing - whether it's email, Slack, working in Google Docs, etc. While I consider myself pretty professional in terms of writing, Grammarly helps take writing to the next level and offers corrections that add a nice touch to customer communication. I find it more useful for formal communication (compared to informal). It works quietly in the background and looks like a spellcheck - so it's easy to accept a suggestion or ignore it. My colleagues and I have had fun in the past comparing the summary of our writing styles/tone that Grammarly sends out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Grammarly popup is meant to be unobtrusive, but occasionally gets in the way when I'm working on smaller fields (e.g., short, one-liner freetext boxes). It can be a bit of a hassle to move this around and I've occasionally had to quit out of the app to do this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acts as an additional spellcheck and will help to rephrase convoluted sentences.
Great for marketers
What do you like best about the product?
It's great to be able to establish a brand voice and tone and then effortlessly ensure that everyone adheres to it. Personally, Grammarly has helped me maintain proper grammar and write in an active voice. Great desktop app and an even better extension that makes Grammarly accessible everywhere. It's super easy to use!

No dislikes - Grammarly has been a game-changer for us.

Grammarly ensures the whole team is writing in the same voice, grammar mistake free.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is an invaluable tool for me as a grant writer and social media manager, offering real-time feedback and suggestions to enhance the quality of my writing. It's fast and has accurate grammar and spell-checking. Real-time proofreading can catch grammatical spelling mistakes as I write. I use the Premium edition, which offers more advanced writing style and tone suggestions (formal, general, business, etc.) for my intended audience. For me, Grammarly provides a comprehensive writing enhancement experience. I highly recommend this app!

As an English major, sometimes the comma suggestions just don't seem quite right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly's suggestions for re-writes for sentences help me get my writing more clear and concise.
It has helped me sound more professional in my work.

As of now, there are no complaints about Grammarly Business.

Our staff write cae notes on an hourly basis, and this program has improved our spelling, grammar and overall consistency.

What do you like best about the product?
greatly improve the quality of our written communication. Additionally, its team collaboration features make it a valuable asset for enhancing our collective writing efforts in a business setting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Grammarly Business to be a valuable tool, but one limitation is that it may not catch every context-specific error, requiring some manual review. Additionally, while it offers a lot of useful features, the cost of the subscription can be a drawback for smaller businesses or individuals on a tight budget.

I appreciate the filters/settings that grammarly offers. They allow me to get personalized recomendations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Other than there being suggestions that are not applicable, Grammarly is perfect. (Also I would rather have more suggestions than necessary than less)

I tend to use passive voice quite often so I enjoy the suggestions grammarly provides to fix those sentences.

What do you like best about the product?
Many marketing professionals have some sort of writing role but not many know how to write. Grammarly is excellent in helping marketers, or any non professional writer, produce better, crisper articles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Grammarly spots too many "errors", taking the style of the writer out of the equation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we on the marketing team are not writers by trade, Grammarly is helping us draft better, more succint articles.
