An online writing companion
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business has been a welcome addition to my workflows. The tools were added to all my favorite apps (Google, Word, etc.) with just a few clicks. The toolset is flexible to just highlight errors in your writing, or if the deliverable is more important, I can harness its full power to see writing recommendations. I have found myself becoming a better writer just by understanding its recommendations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, it is a positive experience. However, occasionally, it misses key errors or doesn't understand business-specific jargon. It detects my habits well, but not always. You cannot always trust what it wants you to adjust, so you always need to look back over its recommendations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a product for proofreading. Google's built-in checker was good, but I needed something that would follow me across the internet. The suggestions are great and the user interface is good. The product is always getting better too, which is a huge upside.
Provides the confidence to write and send
What do you like best about the product?
The real-time review of my typing, spelling, usage, grammar, etc., provides me confidence in my message. I rely on Grammarly daily with every e-mail I type or other document I create.
What do you dislike about the product?
Additional opinions like ignore this issue (like word's spelling), and additional ways to tweak the settings.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to save information or terms about my business in my Grammarly profile for future editing. One of my favorite new features amongst the improvements made for the goals piece of the tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Truthfully, there is not much I dislike. Sometimes the suggestions aren't the best but it's a computer. I can't expect the tool to register what I am writing like a human being would.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When it comes to editing language for admin or operations within my organization.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me a lot to learn about smail grammar details that I always missundertand in a daily basis, helping me comunicating better with my collegues, as I'm a non-native English speaker.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really that I dislike, but sometimes, some sugestions doesn't fit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me comunicate better as I'm correcting common gramar mistakes that we think it doesn't affect the meaning, but are key words for that.
Perfect for nonprofit grant writers
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly's ability to catch grammar mistakes and help rewrite sentences is unparalleled. Without Grammarly business, my work would take twice as long. It integrates seamlessly into Google Drive, Word, email, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes for more technical documents, even if I dismiss a suggestion (for example, if it thinks a word is incorrect, but is used in my field) it will come back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business is helping me write more effectively and clearly. Grammarly is helping me secure grants for my nonprofit.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, excellent suggestions!! I love that the suggestions are easy to accept or decline and I can implement whatever I deem usable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the suggestions can sound choppy, especially when using a semi-colon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sentences are smoother and I appreciate the little tidbits (with commas esepcailly) that tighten up my writing. Interesting to note though that I deliberately misspelled a word and Grammarly didn't flag it, within this area.
I am a writer by nature - Grammarly can find my mistakes before I do.

It is nice to have it running in the background so I know that I am always being double-checked.

I do not know of any off the top of my head.

I hate the Oxford comma but I know that it is still widely used. Grammarly makes sure that I use the Oxford comma even when I do not want to.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful idea of Grammarly Business is its innovative AI technology and how it adapts to different contexts and writing styles. I can choose between different tones and personalize my word choice. This way, I can continue to write the way I usually speak and improve my language and vocabulary to a more grammatically correct form of speaking to managers and executives.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of using Grammarly's business is its administrative take on assigning licenses. As an account manager and an IT system administrator, it is detrimental not to have a business process that follows the common license assignment. My IT manager and I procured licenses for the senior management analysts in our business and their assistants, as they requested Grammarly for their use. IT had no intention of using Grammarly. However, when we found out that the license pool is not subscription based, we were bummed out. This meant that only my IT manager, my supervisor, myself, and the two management analysts who requested Grammarly were able to use it rather than assigning the IT group license to other users who might need it.
If Grammarly changed its license assignment model to a subscription model instead of assigning the licenses to the account owner and administrators, this would help many IT administrative groups, including ours, to effectively manage our licenses and assign them to users who need them the most.

Grammarly helps me proofread my emails to managers which helps me sound confident and professional.

What I dislike about Grammarly Business is the occasional overzealousness in suggesting changes, which can sometimes lead to unnecessary alterations in my writing.

Grammarly Business is solving the problem of maintaining high-quality written communication in our professional correspondence, which benefits me by saving time on proofreading, enhancing our team's image with error-free documents, and ultimately improving our overall productivity and effectiveness.

Grammarly Business is easy to use and reliable. It has a great interface, especially on thier online browser.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on your institution's IT settings (and if you're using Microsoft Office through your institution), you may not be able to add the Grammarly Business add-on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business saves us a lot of time when proofreading and editing. It also helps avoid embarrassing writing mistakes.
