Grammarly Business has helped me fine-tune my writing in a consistent, concise way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly Business does not always recognize AP Style when I am writing a press release, pitching or responding to a media request.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything! I use Grammarly Business for all my content and email writing for work. I think it has really elevated my writing
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly business sometimes struggles with marketing jargon - when I say content or copy as a concept, it wants to change the language. But overall it's a great product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lots - I am not the best speller, so it helps me as a spellcheck and proofreading tool. It also allows me turn brain dumps into eloquent paragraphs and polished work.
Grammarly for Business is a Great investment
What do you like best about the product?
Grammary Business provided a great tool for making business communication more concise, and accurate. Most of our team that has the application uses it daily! Getting implemented with the integrations and all the a other features is quick and easy.
The reports received on how one is writing are informational and very helpful.
The AI features offered a great help in initiating prompts and making the sound professional!
We have never needed to contact customer support since the product works very well!

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the spelling correction behaves strangely when typing in certain chat windows like teams, the correction will replace the word within another word. But its fairly rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clearing up common or easy spelling mistakes goes a long way in showing professionalism. And its important from a business stand point to show that you are a professional.

Integrations wish Microsoft Word, ease of use, discount for non-profits

Sometimes it is overkill and takes too long to edit documents so I don't utilize as often as I'd like to.

Grammarly Business helps me check my grant applications and other important writings prior to submission.

Grammarly business helps me write quickly by finding small errors for me and suggesting tone changes in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I get into arguments with Grammarly about comma usage and sentence fragments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I write many emails, grant reports, and other documents a day, and Grammarly has streamlined the proofreading process for me, making me a faster and more accurate writer.

The thing I like most about Grammarly Business is that it can literally show up in nearly any business software you are using and easily help you correct mistakes before they affect your customers (or your pride). :)

There is nothing I dislike about Grammarly Business.

Grammarly Business has slowly but consistently revealed to me through feedback emails the most common mistakes I tend to make and training me to not make those same mistakes over and over again.

In some formats, like Google Docs, it is prone to be problematic.

No More Wordiness
What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly daily as I lead content marketing efforts at my company, and it helps me write more succinctly! It repeatedly offers suggestions for long-winded copy - helping me create better emails and blog posts. Although I don't use it on my phone, the repeated attention to that in my writing has also made me more succinct in more informal (text) writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't always gather context well and will suggest edits that aren't appropriate given the text before and after a word or phrase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I write blog posts, emails, and landing page copy for my company, and I don't have an editor to review - this serves as a "mini editor" that helps me rethink my content and sentence structure. My company is small (less than 50 people), so having tools like "knowledge share" allows us to document and share information seamlessly across the org while we're writing - no need to direct message and wait for someone to get back to you hours later.
