Seamless way to establish a consistent voice and tone for org
What do you like best about the product?
It's a seamless way to incorporate an organizational writing guide so everyone on the team uses the same voice and tone. The knowledge share function is also amazing, as it allows for easy knowledge sharing -- I love how we can also include links to important documents in this function. Very easy to set up and get the team to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike. I'm excited for new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business helps us establish and implement an organization's glossary to ensure that everyone communicates in the same voice and tone. It also helps us easily share knowledge of the sector and the organization's initiative across departments. This allows us to have better communications with our stakeholders by becoming more aligned.

It's an extra set of expert eyes on writing!
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't set your own grammar rules. For example, if you use AP Style, the comma rules are different.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time and ensures excellent work before it goes out the door.

What do you like best about the product?
The "Improve it" icon has been useful and really made it easy for me to enhance my sentences. It's a learning experience for me to see different ways to convey my message to my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I can think of. Everything works best for me. Thank you!

Keep my professional tone. The "Improve it" button gives great suggestions every time!
This is a great tool to help people who aren't used to business writing and to clean up articles
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that I can see my team's stats, that we're able to add more seats and remove them as needed, that there's a built-in plagiarism checker, and that we can add unique words to the dictionary so we don't constantly get "corrected" on a brand's name. On the rare occasion that I needed to contact customer support, they responded quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the plugin was more intuitive and included the plagiarism checker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business makes it easier and quicker for us to edit large quantities of content in a short period of time. This includes a plagiarism checker, especially with new writers, and I appreciate that the plagiarism checker is so clear and specific about what the concerns are.

Sometimes, the Grammarly icons obscure text I'm working in/with.
I would like the AI assistant to have more functionality.
I would like Grammarly to work inside of Google Slides. This is a huge miss for my workflows and I suffer without it in this tool.

Good assistant
What do you like best about the product?
It is very quickly and helpful while I am in an urgent situation to finish my statement proposals papers. It keeps the meaning and makes it more clear, exactly what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
It insists about some passive voices and names, which could be better.

Correction of my paper and proposal writing.
Very useful tool
What do you like best about the product?
I consider myself to be a good writer, but Grammarly always helps me see good alternatives to what I start with.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, Grammarly does not always allow for some creative/artistic word choices, but I can always ignore the suggestions. Also, a nitpick - the little Grammarly screen bug always seems to be covering up something important. I'm glad I can move it!

General punctuation, sentence structure, clarity

What do you like best about the product?
I like the suggestions it provides for correcting grammar, but the new AI features, where it suggests full sentences, is incredibly helpful. I write dozens of automated messages for customer success and dozens of templates for the support team to use each month. The integration with all of our systems makes it easy for us to have a consistent brand tone across all platforms. Plus, anyone can use it who is on the team, so even when I'm not doing the writing, we can be consistent,
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the widget popping up everywhere all the time. It also gets in the way and is hard to move.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is international. While English is the primary language of our business, not everyone is as fluent as we would want them to be when writing support articles. Grammarly makes it easy for everyone to be correct and efficient in their writing and leads to fewer edits and rewrites.
