I love this tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I'm always in a hurry and I find taking the few seconds to review the underlined bits before I send an email really gives me the chance to ensure I'm setting the right tone with clients. Also, as a product of an Bilingual French English School system I feel like I had french grammar drilled into me by I'm fairly sure I never learned any english grammar rules other than when to use "me" vs "I"....?
What do you dislike about the product?
How easy it is to unintentionally add things to my personal dictionary... I feel like twice a week, I have to go in and delete "dont" from there...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm overly wordy, and it simplifies things before I send them!

Easy to use and helps me sound smart. The color coding is a great way to manage the document.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new AI is a little clunky to use. I have asked it questions and does not always give what I asked.

Grammarly helps me sound smart when i write emailed to clients.

Easy to use, provides different options, and makes communiations more consistent.

No real concerns, maybe add some ability to provide shorter ways of saying something.

Wrting clearer grants for funding our non-profit.
It has helped me curate great emails to clients, vendors and staff.

I love the way it gives you a few diffrent options when correcting your writing and you can chose how you would like to sound as an CEO or as an HR individual.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it suggests words that dont really fit in with what you are trying to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping all our employees sound more proffesinal in thier emails to our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I hate sending emails with typos. Grammarly helps me stay on track, sound professional, and softens tone when I'm a little too direct.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is the in-text popups just to say everything looks good. I'd like to only see notifications if something needs to be edited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the suggestions that relate to tone of text. I can be direct when I'm focused, and Grammarly Business helps me communicate in line with how I'd like to present.
A tool for the 'cultural praxis of everyday life'
What do you like best about the product?
My work heavily relies on writing emails. The more creative I get, the better the responses are. So, my email writing style has always been biased towards witty & funny content. What made this a success was GRAMMARLY. The ease at which a tiny plug-in at the right-hand side corner of my screen tells me which words can be replaced or how you could rephrase sentences & the insights that follow, which shows how readers perceive your emails, is the best feature of this tool. My writing skills have sharpened & are exceptionally souped-up, thanks to Grammarly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't call this a "Dislike", but the one thing I wish I could change was where Grammarly allows me to use certain words that are specific to the nature of my business & not call those words over & over again as words that need to be changed/altered. Perhaps an "Add to Grammarly" function would be a great value-add.

We have found Grammarly Business to be most helpful and easy to use! Love it!

Catches typos and errors in grammar, teaches you how to write better and be professional
Great for making communications more concise
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly makes writing concise emails a breeze. It works without hassle and doesn't take much at all to set up. I use it every day for all my communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
More style flexibility would be nice to capture different "voices." Sometimes communications need to have more to show sincerity or convey other emotions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me time writing emails and other written communications.
Excellent Product
What do you like best about the product?
It helps our small non-profit team improve our writing, it's easy to use, it's easy to onboard and offboard new team members, and it's easy to integrate into other products like web browsers, Outlook, and Microsoft Word. I haven't needed customer support because it's so easy to use, and we use it daily. Also, the rate was very attractive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've noticed that the style rules can sometimes be counter-intuitive, so I've had to make some tweaks. I also am unsure ofhow the knowledge share works, though that isn't a fault of Grammarly Business. The dislikes are minimal!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making our writing better. Not only does it catch more grammatical errors than the native spell-check apps, but it helps improve readability, clarity of language, and suggests synonyms with better language. I feel we are producing better documents and correspondence as a result.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful tool for me is when I am writing emails. It helps me keep my grammar on track. This is especially important when I am communicating with high level members of other businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the positioning of it. It sometimes gets in the way of the text box I am writing on, making it hard to navigate my message.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving our emails and presentations. Very important for us to look and present ourselves professionally with Grammarly helping us achieve this.
